The pharmacists was so rude and talk nasty towards me took my prescription at 3 p.m. I waited around the store to get my medicine she told me she'll text me when it's ready. She text me at 614 I arrived at 630 she chump me off and told me to get it tomorrow I asked for my paper back so I can go somewhere else she chump me off told me wait until 10 tomorrow I just was in a bad car accident and I told her I'm hurting so bad she still chumped me off now it's back to the emergency room I'm hurting

My son was without his medication for 2 weeks because someone in the pharmacy input the prescription wrong, making it seem like he wasn’t due for a refill until May. I called and spoke to the pharmacist. In the midst of explaining to me what the mistake was, and seemingly not having a solution to fix the issue she proceeded to hang up on me. While I was talking, she started saying, “okay! Okay! Bye!” And she hung up. I called back and ended up speaking to someone else, who explained what happened slightly better. I went to pick up the medication later that afternoon and spoke to the same pharmacist about her lack of professionalism. All I was trying to do was understand how this could be rectified, because my son has been affected. The pharmacist was still extremely nonchalant about the situation, basically saying, “My bad, that was me”. Her customer service was the pitts and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed. If you don’t like your job, at least pretend to or find another one.

Supposed to open at 8:00AM. They didn’t. Came back at 10 after and they were open.Nobody in sight.Heard pharmacy loudly playing customer voicemails.At checkout there was a sign saying “use self checkout”. I did.Never saw a person the whole time.If you want to rob a CVS then this is the one. Full on five stars.

Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment in my 42 years. My daughter had an appointment at 10a.m. To have testing done. We arrived at 9:55 gave them the extra 5 minutes so as to not swarm them. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before we were addressed to go around the building and get into the back of the line because they couldn’t “log into a system” (shitstem) Only just now leaving and it’s 11 20. Pure Time Vampires. I will never circulate another dollar at CVS

I am from out of town and ran out of my meds. Called the pharmacy and explained l was only in town today. I was told they close at 11pm and they were too busy to give me my medication. Why are they there?

Have had problems with them for the last couple months with them not ordering my medicine like promised. Have chronic pain and them lying about ordering prescriptions is not right. Going on 2.5 weeks without medicine that really need. Received 2 medications from them last month that was prescribed and now say can’t get because of it being offered over the counter. Have got this medicine for ten years and has been over the counter for awhile.

I love the Pharmacy but since they hired new staff it's getting slower. I'll continue to be a customer because of the friendly pharmacist.

Avoid this place at all costs, especially the drive through. Not sure what the employees are doing, but it is EXTREMELY slow. It took me over 1.5 hours to get through a line of about 8 cars. Never coming back here.

THE MOST WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The people at the pharmacy go super slow and will have you waiting all day. Also the place is messy with merchandise everywhere. Go to another Cvs.

The pharmacist told me my doctor didn't call in my antibiotic so I called my doctor and they did call it in. Dr. Hood called them back, kept getting hung up on. Finally got through and CVS told him it was being processed. I went back up to CVS 4 times because I couldn't get through on the phone. They kept trying to get me to get it at another CVS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE by all in the pharmacy.!!!!

Went for my COVID booster. Scheduling the appointment through the app was easy and quick. An appointment was available the next day. Updates were sent to confirm my appointment and also as a reminder the day of my appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment, the wait was short and the checkin with Michelle was easy and professional. She even transposed my previous vaccinations to a new card to include my booster. Very good experience.

Disappointing customer service at the front register. The cashier acted as if I was disturbing her as she was putting hair products into the shelf. Today reminded me of why I stopped doing business here. Publix is only 4 minutes away.
