Took my computer in to be repaired. It needed a whole new mother board.It was fixed in a timely fashion and ready when promised.The owner was very kind and explained everything I wanted to know about the computer and how to keep it working properly.I will definitely return if I have any problems with my computers.

This company deserves more 5 star ratings! I’ve been trying to get my Macbook in the shop for a screen replacement through Apple Care for over a year now! They had me waiting months just to receive a box just to be put on the WAITING LIST. But this company? Pfft, by far the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I went online typed in “Laptop Repair shops near me” and it suggested Computer & Phone Outlet on Mount Zion RD. The guys in the store were very helpful also very informative and stayed in touch through phone calls, giving me the latest updates on my Mac.. Also not to mention my Laptop was fixed in just 2 days?!? LIKE WHAT?! If you’re looking to fix a computer, Laptop, or even just phone.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider visiting them! It’s literally worth the money. Apple Care could never.

These guys are awesome, instead of overcharging me for a EVOO laptop that would have costed Alot to fix they worked with me and sold me a Refurbished HP laptop that has saved my butt and Alot of money. They also continued to assist me with no issues and were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them. They make you feel welcomed and willing to assist you with whatever and however they can!!! Thank you guys, and Now my GO to GUYS for technical support!!!!

I've been here twice for a phone I've been holding onto for some years now. My screen went black and they were able to replace the screen and seal my phone back up. Years of priceless memories were saved and as soon as I got my phone back I made sure to back up everything on it! I really appreciate their hard work and customer service. Thank you guys for saving my phone and sanity!!!!

I've been here twice for a phone I've been holding onto for some years now. My screen went black and they were able to replace the screen and seal my phone back up.
