Just left from this location. It’s 10.15 am & they’re not open. Sign on door saying no internet in the area. Look inside it’s 2 people in there chillin. Every time we come up here it’s a problem. Yall need to close this location or get someone else to run it.

I was very concerned when I saw the reviews regarding this store. Then I looked the date and I noted they were a year or two old. I could tell you for certainty that this store is not the store shown in the ratings here in. I was there yesterday returning some equipment and there were about six people or seven people working very hard. All of them were very pleasant and accessible. I want to give a special shout out to one of the technicians named Bud. Bud was in one of the easiest guys to work with I've ever met. A good reason for I'm giving the five stars to this store is because of him. Great job bud great job Comcast Mount Zion.

DO NOT go to this Store! Employees are Rude, Customer NO Service, especially "Jaffar". I was trying to ask a question because what I was told by a Xfinity Customer representative was different than what he was telling me. I will also write a letter to Corporate, this employee need to be retrain on Customer Service etiquette.

1st of all my son tried to get Internet n WiFi he is special needs n needs it they drilled him so bad about wat I owe,told him they needed a lease n a bill, n his arm n leg,it's not worth it u crook.bullying my autistic son.i will definitely drop your box off as soon as I get a ride.

Slow, unhelpful service
Got phone lines set up and both were done incorrectly. Guy named Bud made major mistakes with set up, rushing for a sale. Complete waste
Major lies during the set up process. Phone bill was double what I was quoted.
Do not waste your time with XFinity Mobile!!!

I went to 1851 Mt Zion Rd, Morrow, GA 30260 and the staff was horrific, not welcoming, or friendly. The agent that started assisting was on her phone. Trying to talk to me at the same time. They didn't provide any help with my account or issue and they didn't even try to resolve my issue. I called customer service while in the store I sat in the store for an hour and when i need assistance again the staff was behind the counter talking looking at their phones. I had to say excuse me 3 time to get assistance and when the guy finally responded he was rude as hell and acted like I was bothering him! When I asked for mangers they said it no manger. I have never had such horrible experience.l as I did today! None of the staff showed any concerns or provided a solution, they didn't even try! I want ever go back to this store if my life depends on it! I wish I would of got the name of the staff but hell no one was helpful, friendly or seems willing to help. Out of 4 or 5 peoples none of them showed professional or customer service skill. The whole staff schedule today need some much needed training in customer service, conflict resolution and not taking personal call on the floor and and being on phone and social media while customers waiting to be assisted.

I went to the store to ask questions about my bill. A young man by the name of CJ waited on me. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see what he was showing me but when I tell you this young man went above and beyond. I have worked customer service for 15yrs and as a young person he was awesome. He explained my bill set me up with a new promotion and a better price than what I was paying which was my issue. He was very polite and patient with me (a 67 year old woman without her glasses) you don’t find that much these days so I just wanted to give him KUDOS for a job well done!!!!!

They need to fix their wifi over at Woodspring Suites Stockbridge GA hotel. It’s constantly dropping out and that to me would make me avoid their services in the future. Mind you, hotel wifi is supposed to be naturally slow (3 mbps and up) but never to the point where it’s constantly dropping the connection. Can’t even attend zoom calls if I needed to. Trash
