I wanted and bought this shirt by AKOO. The Tag said $36. I reached the counter to pay for the shirt ands iy rang up $39.00. I yold her that wqs more than the tag had and she said she MSRP is $39. She refused to.adjust the price, i won't shop here again.

This store has the worst customer service EVER! Every time I order from this store its always a problem. I placed an order on Monday for instore pick up, I received the email saying my order is ready for pickup. I drove 30 mins to get to this store for them to tell me they don't have my order. I asked them why did I get the email saying it was ready cause someone from the store had to mark it ready for pick up and they just said I don't know. I then asked could they check if another store has them they did and said Metro has them so I asked can they just call the other store and I pick them up from there. She called the manager and he said no I will have to contact customer service. They then cancelled my order and didn't tell me. I called customer service while in the store and they told me that since the store cancelled my order there was nothing they could do. I will have to reorder the shoes and wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund. How is this fair to me as a customer?? especially since I received the email saying the order was ready for pick up. I am now out of money and no shoes. These shoes were for a charity event on Thursday. The employee had no remorse or sympathy that I just drove 30 mins to get to the store they were basically like oh well. Including whoever the manger was that she called.

Ghetto terrible service, holding shoes for certain people and shawty with the pink and black hair d riding letting them skip. 0/10 inconsiderate rude!!!!

Customer service very low and they attend to you with a condescending attitude. Basic training on how to handle stressful situations is a must.
