This is one of the best gas stations I've visited in Morrow, maybe even amongst all of Clayton County! The (women's) bathroom is SQUEAKY clean, all of the pumps work, and the entire establishment is well-lit, organized, and overall pleasant.
PLEASE keep up the fantastic work, BP crew! ?

During my last visit the clerk was very rude, immature and kept asking personal questions. He was eating and on his phone he hadn’t even noticed I walked in. I knocked on the counter to get his attention and when he was cashing me out he had an attitude and had no manners what so ever.

Women’s room was nasty and the light flickered constantly. Enough to drive you crazy. Floor was dirty, smelled terrible. The first gas pump I used took my car then refused to let me select the kind of gas I wanted. Switching pumps is the worst. At least mark the pump if it’s broken!

The card machines at their pump wouldn't work, and when I went in side the guy was totally clueless! I ended up having to go somewhere else just to get my fuel!

So on Saturday 04/18/20 the BP gas station located at 4070 Austell Road in Austell Ga i went inside the store inserted my debit card for $25.00 on gas at pump #2 the clerk said my card was declined which i did not understand knowing that i have funds in my account, so i went outside got in my car called my bank to make sure there was no fraudulent activities were going on, sure enough there is nothing wrong with my account i went back in the store and used another debit card for $25 that went through, well my car only took $ 17.72 i went back in told the cashier the amount it took so he owed me $7.28 back he immediately gave me a receipt saying that the balance would go back on my card immediately which most stations will give you the cash back, well he did not. So i check my account this morning Monday 04/20/20 there is no credit...so what's going on even though it is only $7.28 but it belong back to me so do you guys think that we are stupid!!!! i know i'm not because i keep up with my hard earned money...YOU THIEF!!!!!!!!!! i want it back i have the receipt for the original $25 that my car did not take and i have the credit receipt that you gave me back with my bank statement attached. Idiot Box.......000000000!!!!! STARS!! i have no use for a liar or a thief.

Stopped in while traveling through, went to pump 4 for the diesel fuel and grabbed $50 (two $20 and one $10) from my wallet, went inside and grabbed a large coffee, and the rest of the $50 towards the fuel. The clerk named Ivan stopped my pump at $28.17 when it should have been stopped at $48.17 ($50- a coffee) told the clerk and he refused to check the cameras and said he can’t do anything and called me a liar and continued to refuse to solve his mistake. I Won’t be going back when I travel through and I’m contacting bp as well. Awful customer service and business. Hope Ivan buys his self something nice with my $20 he stole tonight.

This gas station and convenience store has the most helpful and friendly cashiers! They always ask if there's anything specific that I'm looking for. I have been in here several times in the past 3 months and it's always the same experience!

Worst customer service EVER! I was charged twice for the same transaction after informing the clerk he tried to convince me that my card (cashapp) was responsible, I then explained to him I used this card literally 2 days prior he refused to solve the issue. I then called to speak with the manager the next morning who was totally rude out rate he also told me I could call the police if I wanted to when I informed him I was contacting corporate (and I definitely will be contacting corporate) save yourself the headache do not stop here .....
