Terrible customer service. Manager Lisa, extremely rude and unhelpful. I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes who then sent me to the store and this is what I was met with! Avoid this location

Customer service is good - for the most part - and the many years purchasing from them. I would suggest to a friend. However, don't purchase an extended warranty - it's not worth it.One incident, I was back and forth with Best Buy and the TV company. I lost, and it wasn't honored. Maybe it's my fault for not reading the fine print.

the worst bestbuy store i have ever been. even the manager was rude. i stop by to pick up a ps5 controller and the box was ripped and resealed on the top. I said “can you please replace it because it seems this is an opened/damaged box” they said “its coming like that and we already closed the order” and told me that I have to return it if I dont want. They need to learn how to talk with the customer.
