Oh, where do I begin! What a wonderful business with first class service! Last Friday, I was driving my partner’s truck to the airport and, in my haste, topped off the fuel tank with gas instead of diesel. About ten miles down the road I could tell something was off, at which point I mentally replayed the stop at the gas station and immediately knew I’d made a HUGE error. I quickly pulled off and called a couple of shops near me. Neither of them worked on diesel engines, but the second one told me to call Barber. “They’re honest and they’ll do right by you.” AND THEY DID!
This could have been a horribly stressful time but Ben was such a pro and was a calm in the storm. I had the truck towed and within an hour and a half of the discovery I was back on my way to the airport.
For the duration of this situation, I’ve been communicated with regularly, and they have provided very detailed and itemized pricing for the services needed. Luckily enough for me, all I needed was to drain the lines and clean the filters and I was good to go. They did discover another issue that needed immediate attention and were able to take care of that while the truck was still in the shop.
This is a professional business. They are worthy of the trust given to them by their customers. Don’t think twice if you need service - this is the place!

I took my Cadillac in last week to have the air conditioner checked out to no Avail. They telling me that I need a compressor come to find out Only thing I needed was 2 pounds of refrigerate. I've been dealing with them for over 40 years.If mister wayne was alive this wouldn't never happen so when he died so did the business,thanks for 40 good yrs.

Excellent service and care was provided by Tom at Barber Auto. Our car started smoking on I-75 in our way to Florida. Tom helped us through every step with detailed information on the phone. It turned out to be a seized calliper just like my husband thought. Tom ordered them right away after talking to my husband on the phone before it was even towed over. He recommended a good and safe hotel, and got us back on the road the next day. He turned what could have been a nightmare into a okay situation. The staff was friendly and the lobby tidy and welcoming. I hope the owner reads this review and takes Tom out for a nice lunch! A 5 star rating!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This is my second time using Barber Auto Repair and again I am satisfied with their work. They provide a thorough diagnostic of the problem with an honest assessment of their approach. I decided to replace my engine in an older vehicle and the work was done in a timely fashion. I will use them again because I appreciate how they conduct their business. I really feel like I can trust them with my vehicles.

This was my first time at Barber Auto..I picked my car up today after getting the throttle body replaced and I noticed that my a/c wasn’t working..so on my break I called to just gain clarity to see if they found anything during the first diagnostic or could something could have been disconnected while other repairs were being made.. I was baffled at the RUDE & BRUTE behavior I was met when expressing this issue to BEN..no way was I trying to challenge their expertise.. I simply was trying to gain clarity on how should I proceed..his only response is pay ANOTHER $100 for them to do ANOTHER diagnostic to make sure they didn’t make any mistakes (which he stated is not likely) which is confusing because I’ve just paid $923 for service and included in that was $99 for a diagnostic test to see what was the issue with my car in the first place. I thought that was very nasty to say the least. But James and all the staff in the front were very pleasant to me throughout this experience and I am gracious of that. Besides my A/C not working.. my car is fine but Ben definitely was rude as hell and that right there was uncalled for.
