My pet passed on 1/09/24..From my experience here overall, it's been bittersweet. Dr. Butler and the manager were nice. But the best advice I could give is just to go here for simple treatment, shots, etc. Don't start a wellness plan. Regardless of any outcome, if you want to cancel your plan, Banfield is going to make you pay off the rest of your policy. Even after your pet dies. Banfield=no morals what so ever. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS. They will literally watch your pet die before they do anything. Going home early is more important to them and they flat out tell you that.I been coming to this location for over 8 years, in the past 2 years, you can tell who ever is running this place just doesn’t G.A.F.Front desk could use some customer service classes too. But that’s nor here or there, they are not the ones neglecting your pets, the people inside are.

Beware of this place they tell you a price but then when you are done with the visit and you are about to pay that price you were told is not even what they tell you at the end that price is wayyyyy wayyyyy more

Banfield Pet Hospital was so gentle with my little baby I just enjoyed the experience and I believe he did too I won't take him anywhere else but Banfield the staff was very friendly.

Man this place has gone downhill. Used to be amazing. My pet is sponsored by a family since he was a stray. Dr Jennings is amazing, but we got the runaround with supporting staff. We were told conflicting information when picking up our pet. That he bit someone, but then told he didn’t, it was some other dog. That he had tapeworms and hookworms. He also saw a doctor different from the one I specifically requested, but they didn’t add that to his chart so when the doctors switched locations, we were not told. Jennings is the one I request as she is amazing.Most of that information I cleared up when I went back in person to discuss it. Front desk said he did not bite someone, and he does NOT actually have tapeworms.I called later and requested to be dispensed Drontal tablets for his hookworms and they said he needs to be scheduled for a drop off for injectable Drontal. The receptionist who scheduled it also spoke to a tech about it and confirmed it’s injectable Drontal. As someone in the same field, there is literally no such thing as injectable Drontal. There is injectable praziquantel that treats for tapeworms, but not hookworms. He does not have tapeworms and we’ve been over that. They were going to give him an injectable medication for something he does not have. I canceled all appointments and will just take him elsewhere. This location used to be phenomenal all around, but nope. Not anymore.

Shut this location DOWN!!! They are the worst and that’s all I will say. If u want to come out of pocket and still not know what your pets diagnosis is then continue on. They wrote up the report on my dog from someone else’s standpoint and I’m the owner. Never again!!!

Just go to another location. I have switched locations and they have already addressed problems this location has shrugged off for years and tried to convince me wasn’t actually issues. The staff is rude. I had a terrible experience with my dog choking. They didn’t care. They don’t care about owners or their pets. They traumatized me. I wouldn’t recommend THIS LOCATION to ANYONE!

I’ve been calling since 5pm for 30 minutes.. all I wanted was a quote for a grooming, neutering, and declaw for a cat. But whomever was working picked up the phone and purposely hung it up on me numerous times, after sitting through the automated voicemail 9 times on 3 differing occasions. Im not saying anyones job isnt stressful but this was the most awful service Ive gotten from them and Ive been going to banfield for 14 years due to my yorkie. Whoever the manager is really needs to upgrade their customer service.

For the value of care and cost it doesn't seem to match. It took $400 for a allergy exam and a month to get results because the vet was not available (on vacation).

This is the worst Banfield location I have ever been to, terrible service. I brought my dog in on 1/21/23 to get his vaccines. The appointment was at 8am and we arrived at 7:45am, we were the second customers in line. By 2pm, when I hadn’t received a call from them. I went to go and get my dog, because after 6 hours he should be done receiving shots that take 15 mins. Or so I thought. When I got there, the attendant said that my dog had not been seen, are you kidding me? He was practically tortured for 6 hours for nothing. The people at that location don’t care about your pet. Try another location.
