Truly a hidden gem. I had such a great experience staying at this location. The staff was pleasant and came in the clutch when I needed a phone charger. Definitely would stay again and recommend it’s worth checking out.Rooms: My room was clean, functional, a little dated, off track dresser drawer, chewed fridge casing, fridge buzzed all night, ac unit clinked/clacked while it was on.Nearby activities: Food lounge and bar directly across the street, delivery services nearbySafety: Felt safe here. Location take good measure to ensure safety, multiple cameras, cut off exit/entry points, locked lobby after hours escort of guestNoteworthy details: The staff truly is what sold this property. The woman that I worked with (Angela if my memory serves me correctly) was just so personable, pleasant and inviting. The morning staff was great as well. Came in the clutch when I needed a charger. Even took notice of my internal Internet concern.

Pleasant stay! The best part was the affordability without compromising on quality compare to other hotels in area. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The convenient location, with nice restaurants nearby. Also, being close to the airport was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and offered a decent level of comfort. I'll definitely return to this hotel next month when back in area!

Front desk person was friendly. Asked for a non-smoking room which according to the signs, are all 2nd floor. Place seemed to have a film of nastiness on everything.I was awakened at 2:am by cigarette smoke and loud music by the occupants one room over. I did not complain because anyone who doesn't respect the rules or anyone else in general doesn't have the ability to understand.If this type of behavior occurs, generally it's because management has allowed this type of behavior in the past and doesn't care either. I travel a lot throughout the USA and this is an area I will avoid in the future. Not much sleep and sore throat in the morning.

I had a pleasant stay over at America's Best Value Inn these past few days. My room was clean when I arrived and I had no issues with the amenities provided- the hot water and the acoustics in the shower are immaculate. I am convinced that the good reviews on here are done by the owner friends and family. Because this place is trash! Or maybe that's just room 301. I don't know because I will never come here again. The beds are like sleeping on cardboard. And I would hate to see what I find with a UV light . And omg the sounds at night are like something out of a horror movie. ?

I stayed in this hotel room I checked out I left. I ended up needing the room again. I came back I checked in. I asked for the same room that I had 308 when I return to the room upon inspection, I noticed that the sheets had not been turned down, they only put one towel back in the bathroom and just the overall cleanliness of the room. I noticed that the phone had not been connected to the outlet in order to make and receive calls overall four out of 10 the receptionist was wonderful the turndown service or housekeeping zero do better

I called the hotel twice and incoherent person answered the phone who could not understand that I wanted to book a room. It became senseless then the phone went dead. That’s my experience.

Hot tub dont work. I believe the first room they gave me someone squatting in there. I changed rooms twice. Never again.
