I have a 2023 Black Label L Navigator that has had issues with the electronics since it was purchased new in September '23. It has been to the dealership twice. The first time one issue was completely resolved. This last time it was picked up and sat on the lot for 2 weeks before they finally took a look at it. They were provided the fault information but, the Technician tried twice and could not get the vehicle to repeat the fault. Something is seriously wrong with the vehicle computer but, it should have taken two weeks for someone to even take a look at it. I'm frustrated with service as I get the impression the electronic issues are just given a quick view when a deep dive is necessary. In addition, the sides were splattered with oil specks and obviously had not been cleaned prior to return (Black Label Service includes cleaning). This is the second time this vehicle has been returned to me dirty.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT I AM HERE FOR A OIL CHANGE ? APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:30 P.M THEY JUST PULLED MY CAR OUT OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHERE THEY CHECK YOU IN AT ABOUT 20 SOME ODD MINUTES LATER NO MANAGER ON DUTY I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND OR SUPERVISOR AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE ON VACATION SMH AT THE SAME TIME ARE U SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO CHECK IN WITH SOMEONE ELSE THAT'S INSIDE THE DEALERSHIP SITTING DOWN THAT'S A 1ST AND WHEN I GET INSIDE NO ONE IS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO SPEAK WITH AND I ONLY SEE 2 PEOPLE INSIDE AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE ON LUNCH BREAK OR SOMETHING BECAUSE THEY'RE EATING FOOD THIS IS A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE FOR ME AND IT'S NOT EVEN HALLOWEEN YET THIS IS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME ALLAN VIGIL LINCOLN IN MORROW GA SOUTHLAKE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!

So, I made an appointment for our change service for Thursday, but no one showed up, instead, they came the next day to pick up vehicle. The lady took her pictures, all was good and and she was on her way. How about I get a call telling me that I have a screw in my tire, and they refused to return the car. A manager stated that it wasn't their fault and they were not doing anything about it. The car was fine when they got it.

I've purchased my last 4 vehicles from Allen Vigil. While buying a car or truck is always an awful experience in my opinion, these ppl make it a tolerable experience. I know my description sounds awful but that's not a reflection upon Allan vigil employees, they are good people. Hard-working and knowledgeable are two words I'd use to describe them. I'll definitely buy another vehicle from them, hopefully soon.

Best experience I have ever had at a Lincoln Dealer! Service was unbelievable!!! On our way to Florida from Illinois and got an emergency service required light come on right out side of Atlanta. Luckily we were close to a Lincoln! We pulled off and called them and they said they could get us right in! Boy am I happy we found them! Chelsea greeted us and helped us as soon as we walk in! She even let us bring in our dog who was traveling with us! Got the car right in to be looked at while we ate in the adorable restaurant inside the dealer! I am so impressed! They had a kid area, lounges, clean bathrooms! Chelsea came to find us to give us updates and was amazing! Honestly everyone who worked there was happy, kind, and so helpful!!! Would 100% go out of my way to come here! Thank you to everyone who helped us today! ❤️

This place has no regard for you or your time, lack of information and you can't get one person on the phone, but they have 20 people outside hanging around doing nothing. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be greatly disappointed with how they do not care about you or fixing your vehicle in a timely manner, or notifying you they are closing for the day, earlier than any other ford

I’ve been doing business with Allan Vigil Ford and Lincoln for 25 years. I’ve purchased over 125 vehicles from there. They have the worst service department in all of car dealers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Quick Lane-arrived Saturday 10/15/22 to bring in my vehicle for an oil change. Arrived early (6:45) for the 7 AM hours of operation posted on their website to find that someone had hand written a change in the hours of operation to 8 AM on 3 of the roll up doors. Allan Vigil needs to update their website and the phone just rings when you call. No recordings or announcements are made to let you know the difference in hours of operation. Allan Vigil - your customers time is as valuable as yours....in a day where people use technology and rely on accurate information the least you can do is "UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE".
