My car was dropped off after the dealership/services department had closed. I filled out the paper to include the type of service I wanted to have completed. I received a call to follow with the request the next morning. The service was complete by the time I got off work and ready to pick up my car.

My experience is ongoing and a complete disaster. My vehicle was brought in on 7/29/2024 for transmission issues. As of today, 8/27/2024, my vehicle is still at the dealership. I was never offered a courtesy/loaner vehicle, instead, I'm paying for a rental at Enterprise which is located at their facility. This is so inconvenient and a financial strain. I'm not a happy customer and will no longer do business or suggest this dealership to anyone.

I have been a customer of Allan Vigil Ford for 30+ years and sent many family and friends to the dealership over the years.
Well, on August 22,2024 I found myself in a jam involving a car that I purchased from the dealership in June,2019; I needed a battery and yes it was a little past the time for taking in cars for service, but I called the dealership and asked them if they would take me in and install the battery as I didn’t have any other way of getting around and would appreciate it tremendously. Not only did the young lady acknowledge my years of dedication to the dealership, but they could or would not extend me the courtesy of coming in and having the battery installed.
Which led me to seek out another dealership for help; which I did find one Legacy Ford in McDonough, Ga. (Exit 218). I spoke to Beth, explained my situation and she extended me the opportunity to come out and get the battery installed. John the service technician agreed to stay behind and install the battery, now keep in mind I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership, but they went that extra mile to assist me in my moment of NEED, not the dealership that I have given years of business to, I can not express my gratitude ?? to Legacy Ford for going the extra mile and helping me on August 22,2024. Thank you to Ms. Beth and James for the support you gave me in my time of NEED!!!
Allan Vigil I say shame on you as a company, not only did you desert me in my time of NEED, but you showed me that you don’t appreciate my loyalty that I have given you over the years.

Went to visit this location several weeks ago due to the air pressure in one of my tires. Vincent was very accommodating and helped rectify the situation. I appreciate everything he did on my behalf. Vincent was a true professional.

When arriving at Allan Vigil dealership, Robert Render met us right away. He handed me the keys to the truck I was interested in and took my vehicle around back for a appraisal. I did my test drive, looked over the vehicle, and met him inside. The selling price was as he quoted. The trade in price is what I had imagined based on home appraisals through websites. The dealership was very impressive. I have been in ALOT of dealerships and this one is impressive. There was even a restaurant inside the dealership. Since we agreed on a price before arriving, there were no negotiations. I would have liked the deal to have moved along quicker since everything was already agreed upon however. Seemed like too much waiting for F&I to call us in for signing papers. Overall, a very pleasant transaction. Especially since we could get some good food while we waited. Robert is an ex Ford Motorcar employee and was quite knowledgable on the product which was a plus. I would definitely recommend Allan Vigil and Robert Render from Sales.

I have been a customer with this establishment since 2017. Everyone has done a fantastic job in ensuring that my family and have an affordable deal and we are satisfied with offers provided to us (Mr Henry is an AWESOME salesman and is very honest). However, when service is needed and I have to visit the facility, I always run into Jennelifer Wilkes, who can be very passive and not forward thinking when it comes to a few concerns. My last visit, I needed my tail light repaired. I'd made an appointment, however the appointment service made a mistake in assigning my appointment. Without checking the system, Jennifer quickly stated, "The appointments are a long ways out, I am not sure when we can get you in " Long story short, I'd ended up getting an appointment within 2 days to return for a diagnostic. As I'd returned on the next appointment date, Jennifer appeared a little unhappy. Again, without looking in the computer she quickly and passively stated, "We can't get you in today without an appointment" I'd calmly stated, I have an appointment for my brake light. She gave the impression of "Why are you here?" She left for approximately 5 minutes and returned and stated "If you are leaving your car, they may not have any rentals." I'd calmly asked Jennifer to please check her computer for my appointment as I never get a rental with my appointments. With a smirk on her face, she'd finally checked the computer and stated, "Please have your ID and credit card ready for the lady's at the desk for your loaner." Even when we don't want to...A SMILE AND A POSITIVE DEMEANOR GOES A LONG WAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jennifer miss this with me as a customer eveytome I visit Allan Vigil Ford.

I recently took my Mach-E to Alan Vigil Ford for HVJB recall work, and it was an absolutely positive experience. The technicians in the drive-through bay were courteous and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. My service advisor was excellent, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions.
What really stood out was that the work was expected to take a few days, but they managed to complete it all in a single day! I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything was handled. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I will definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend Alan Vigil Ford for anyone needing service on their vehicle!

Kept me waiting 2+ hours for a "quick 30 minutes to finalize," and when I came in to sign the paperwork, they had changed the deal to charge me $2K more than what we had agreed to 2 days before. Absolutely the sketchy dealership run-around.

Purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra from them, they said that the vehicle drove well and was in good condition. I had it shipped and when the vehicle arrived it has issues accelerating and was not in good condition. Don’t purchase a vehicle from them, they will lie to you about the condition.

They provided a great customer service experience from start to finish. I was also able to get my car serviced and purchased a great warranty to cover my car for future problems. Front office worked with me the whole time making sure that I understood the process from start to finish. the quick Lane service representative Vincent made sure that everything was smooth and my car was service and was washed and provided information on things that I may need to have a safe drive. I like to give a shout out to Monty the financial Manager for his customer service and walking me through the warranty process.
