I was short on time and within 5 minutes an employee had shade matched me, unlocked the box to find the shade since it wasn’t yet in the case, got my email and phone number to help me collect my points, and had me checked out. That was the fastest and best quality service I’ve experienced.”

I can’t remember his name but I know people call him the Drive Up King. He is always so careful with the eggs and bread to the point where he goes out of the way to make sure they are in a safe spot. I have always had great experiences with him and the rest of the target team going above and beyond to create an amazing guest experience.”

“I was very pleased with the service call I had from Tyson today. All my questions about the washer and service were answered. I was also advised and offered options for future service. He arrived on schedule and I was notified via text about 30 minutes before he arrived which was very nice! My technician was very polite and respectful and if I ever need help from Sears A&E Appliance Repair I hope I get the same technician! He was very knowledgeable and focused. Happy customer here!”
“Had to get some birthday balloons for my mother and Harley assisted me. As someone who works in the corporate world, I would say, Harley went ABOVE and beyond “Dollar Tree” standards. Yall need to have that woman at The Rtiz pampering her for how she treats the customers there, truly. Not only did she ask questions about WHO the balloons were for, she also offered additional input, which helped create another sale. A kid got in line to get a drink and she went to blow my balloons up, and asked if she could check him out first so he didn’t have to wait. Again, her thinking of EVERYONES time, reading the room, being able to gauge that I would be ok with that, and doing what was best for ALL PARTIES is why she is an exceptional employee. Give her a raise, allot her extra break time, give her a paid vacation on Dollar Tree! Heck throw a pizza party, people love pizza parties! But in today’s world, show some kind of appreciation for Harley, who is clearly just being herself by going above and beyond NORMAL standards.”

“Took my grandaughter for an afternoon at the mall and we stopped by Ross. We found the gifts for her friends birthday and enjoyed looking at all the Halloween decor! Employees were friendly and the store was nice!”

“Place is usually clean and well stocked. They definitely just need more cashiers tho, usually the line is 10-15 people long with 2 cashiers so a lot of the times we just put our stuff back and leave.”
“I love this store! They have a wide variety of high quality brands and the sales and coupons are great! I get even more deals by being a member of their rewards program. If the store doesn’t have a certain size or color, I order online through the app and get the items shipped to store for free. It’s very convenient! I’ll be a JC Penney shopper for life!”
“Hands down the nicest, neatest, and cleanest thrift store I have ever been in. The first thing you notice when you walk in this store is it’s much larger than you expected from the outside view. Items in the store are clearly grouped together by style and size. Every single item is labeled by price and size making shopping as easy as possible. Clothes are neatly hung up and easy to browse. As a thrift store all the clothes are used, but I saw nothing that appeared to be dirty or unserviceable.”
“It’s a Walmart Supercenter. You know what to expect going here and the store doesn’t disappoint. They have a broad selection of products and an equally broad assortment of employees. Most of the time they have what you come in for, and most of the time the employees are reasonably friendly and helpful. This isn’t some boutique on Park Ave, it’s Walmart. Let your expectations match where you are and you’ll enjoy your visit.”
“Went in stylist Lydia Tooley did a fantastic job. I got a color, scalp treatment , conditioner and silk press. She was kind , professional and considerate to my desired style and I would highly recommend her and this salon. She even showed me how to save on my services and future purchases. She earned every dollar . She did above and beyond. I wasn’t a client, I was an individual and she treated me with respect. Please go see her and tell her I sent you !!!!”
