I have never been so disappointed bidding on a auction. I wanted a Winchester Model 40. It was lot #516 on Saturday, May 11th, 2024. My high bid was $350.00 and I put that days prior to the auction. I really wanted this gun in the worst way ever. On the auction day a floor bidders bid was $350.00 and it basically was a tie. They gave my item to a floor bidder instead. So I called customer service and they responded promptly but Jacob there said that if you bid an amount and a floor bidder bids the same amount we give it to the floor bidder. Doesn't matter who puts the amount in first. So online bidders beware. I have pictures for proof that I'll attach here.

Terribly cheap, use filters on all there guns in order to catfish customers, ship handguns in bottom of long gun boxes breaking several laws in the mean time and offering no help nor answers as to why the gun never arrived.

i purchased an 870 wingmaster lightweight 20 gauge shotgun off Guns International from these people. Top dollar paid. after receiving the gun i discovered that it was missing parts inside the action and would not cycle ammunition. Who knows how much the gunsmith's bill will be to fix it. For the price i paid the gun should be in top condition. i have no doubt that this is why they sold it online, knowing that it could not be examined. crooks.

I purchased a 22LR from one of their auctions. Had it shipped to an FFL dealer at a cost of $30 dollars. When I picked up the rifle it wasn't a 22LR but a 22. I ask for a refund to be made whole and was told they would refund everything but the $30 dollars. Not my mistake and in my opinion, they should be responsible for the total amount. What happened to the old additive of taking care of the customer?

Got some things sold for me here, fast and easy and they sent my money to me in a timely manner. I even went to the live auction and was amazed how they can keep everything so organized. Picked up some optics for a dang good deal.

Bought a shotgun advertised as a 1954. It is a 1956. Supposed to be in great condition. Doesn't even work properly. Action will not slide all the way open. If I had looked at this in person first, I would not have been interested. Very poor business ethics.

I had furniture auctioned through this house, and "Trey" informed me upon arriving to pick up the goods, that personal items contained in the drawers would be returned to me, including a gun that he said was found in one drawer. I never got anything back. Thereafter, he began ducking my calls.Also, his outward friendliness is not real as I have seen how he speaks to his employees. Do yourself a favor and find a better, and more ethical, place to auction off your items.

Already did this not sure why it was deleted.Nice people made first time bidder feel welcome. Fast paced but easy to bid and got some great deals. Phone and on-line bids as well. You should consider giving them a try, I know I’ll be returning.Second time and got some good deals again thanks.Third times a charm another Colt pistol and two rifles, really enjoy their auctions and collection keeps growing.Another Woodsman for the collection and some 300 Blackout ammo.Tried absentee bid and it worked out fine, another Woodsman to the collection, Thanks
