AAA couldn’t get us a tow truck for 5 hours while we sat and waited, not knowing how much longer it would be. We finally got fed up and started calling around to local companies. Brian picked up quickly and said he could help. What a life saver! He picked us up, drove us exactly where we needed to go with the pickup truck, and was very reasonably priced. It was an added bonus that he was so fun to talk to and made the long drive very enjoyable. If I ever have issues in the area again, he will definitely be my first call!

Great people to deal with and fast service. Brian actually answered the phone when I called and did exactly what he said he would do. I am actually still waiting on two other local tow companies to call me back. Hard to believe that is not the norm today.He kept me informed the whole time and actually sent me a picture when my car was delivered to the dealership. My car lost power about two minutes out of Monticello, GA. I was referred to Southern Pro Towing by Allen's Auto Repair (itself a class act). Upon calling Southern Pro, the gentleman who answered informed me that he would be out of range for a good while, and thus unable to attend to my situation till much later. But without any coaxing from me, he contacted a fellow towing service on my behalf and had them phone me. The whole process went like clockwork and they had my car at the repair shop in a very short time. But I was so impressed that the gentleman at Southern Pro made my problem his problem, even though he had to pass my business off to another towing service. This kind of attention to the customer is a rare thing and is equally telling. On performance alone, I'd give five stars. But clearly Southern Pro is a business bent on delivering excellent customer service. They have my respect and my gratitude.Service: Car towing
