Fast and easy. All hand wash and clean. Not unfriendly, but not really friendly either. They have plenty of people working to ensure fast service. I have been here a few times and it's always fast although sometimes line is longer than others. They do a good job on hand wash and basic interior clean. They do offer other services as in the attached picture although I haven't used any beyond the basic In/Out. They are located on the corner so make sure you enter from Tebeau Street and exit onto State Street (Ossie Davis Pkwy). I pulled in the wrong way the first time because there are no signs and there were no other cars at the time.

Always an excellent job done, staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I also drive for Uride I need my car taken well care of. My passengers are always super happy with how clean it’s kept!

First time trying Zippy's and I did the light wash for $5. Guy pre sprayed front and back before entering and it did a great job. Dried it pretty well, a little wet on hatchback but overall will be back.

Took extreme care with our customer's brand new car prior to me delivering it. Amazing attention to detail and utmost professionalism. Staff are warm and friendly and take great pride in their customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that cares for your car as much as you do - maybe even more!!

It was my first time washing and vacuuming my car here, but I really liked it. No wait, pay and go. Free vacuums are strong enough to clean my dogs hair. The person who was navigating, when there were no cars, walked around the area and cleaned. I will come back and recommend it to others :)

I wish I could say better things about this car wash; however, the main reason I come here is because it is minutes from my office. Today I chose the 'Basic' wash -- one tier higher than their lowest option. Leaving the wash I had soap still on my car, it was hardly dry, and my windshield still had marks all over it. I would mark this as a one-off experience, but this is the third time this has happened. Their vacuums lack powerful suction and leaving the parking lot is a bit of a disaster. I wish Zippy's was a better fit for me, but I'm afraid I will not be coming back.

I tried Zippy's today due to it being so close to home. I have regrets and I won't be back! The wash was more expensive than Mister Car Wash (my standard place), and I felt the machines didn't do a good job drying my car. My biggest frustration was that the vacuums sucked (no pun intended). I really felt like I couldn't clean out the inside of my car properly at all. Aside from this, the lot for vacuuming was full of garbage and plastic to the point I was worried my tires would get damaged. An employee was sweeping up trash but the level of garbage was unacceptable. I really wish this place was better because we need a good car wash on the east side!!

I purchased the $5 wash and it didn't clean my vehicle that well, left my car soapy, and the dryer barely did anything. Prefer the touchless car wash at BP for the same price. Will not be returning.
