Change machine was out of tokens.
Ran out of 2 washing chemicals when washing my truck. But we do like the fact that you can use the bays and the vaccum area

I go to this car wash at least twice a week and last night I went and ask for the 7 dollar wash and it took 15 dollars instead. That made me upset and not trust it again

Unfortunately in my personal experience, each one of these is exactly the same. Basic run it through car wash that has different price packages for various types of detailed car cleaning however the results seem to always look exactly the same, regardless of the price point. I’ve spent significantly more on some car wash upgrades rather than just getting the cheap and basic one I normally do but it makes no difference whatsoever. And I find this more times not at basically every chain car wash I’ve gone to across numerous states for the past twenty years. They also are all consistent in never having towels or descent amounts of spray glass cleaner in any of their bottles available nor do all the vacuums work at one.
But now to the point of my review from when I visited Wow car wash in Monroe for the first time first about a week ago….
Of course, I just opted for the cheapest car wash which was $10. Nut brace yourself…I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good my car looked!!!! My car looked the best it ever has coming out of an automatic car wash place that I’ve ever been to. They even had functioning vacuums that were accessible at every stall. Every single vacuum was fully functional and had great suction power. And they even had an automatic car mats cleaning machine that you could use one for rubber mats and the other for carpet ones. I was really excited about this feature but when I attempted to use it per following the instructions, my rubber mat started to get stuck and I was really having a hard time getting it back out! I got scared and I felt embarrassed. But I really wanted it to work because I would love to also take advantage of that feature too. Oh well, maybe next time. But all in all it was a pleasant and simple car wash experience that did the trip and I was satisfied with the results.

I’m not saying that they didn’t do the oil change, but they made a mistake and overflow the oil and it spilled on my alternator and burned it out. I carried it back. The manager was trying to prove that they did the job, but he wouldn’t listen to me when I said it, all was on top where they pour the oil into and spill some out side of the hole . On top is still shows where they wipe the oil off I’m not doubting them or doing the oil change it’s the mistake they made by spilling oil and burning out my alternator, I had faith in them to do the job, but they made a mistake and don’t want to accept it, but Jesse ,cowboy, and the man in the wheelchair know what happened and I will pray for you all my fault for having the faith that y’all would do y’all job and fix y’all wrong??❣️

Went and got the $25 wash and regretted, didn’t even leave my jeep clean, was a lot of areas that were untouched by the machine, the tire shine was missed by the machine as well, since I went in for a wash and not a vacuum I didn’t notice the poor wash they they gave me till I got home. Do not recommend this place at all

I was very pleased with the service I received from this place, I won’t go anywhere else! Nick had great customer service and all of the employees communicated with ease. I’ll definitely be back for more work in the near future. Couldn’t be happier with my new windshield wipers and filters : )

This is my new go to car wash! The employees are very helpful especially the PayStation girl! even though sometimes the membership reader has a hard time working, they’re very vigilant and helpful at getting it fixed!
