Horrible drive thru process. Update: I wait more than 10 minutes every time I'm in the drive thru. I have been 10 times since original review.
Updated 3 times: 7 cars in the drive thru. 1 person handling it all. One sitting and talking to her. Waited 10 minutes again.

I didn't realize with covid it was appointment only. But Jennifer fit me in which was very sweet of her. She apologized about the wait which wasn't more than 5 minutes. She helped me with my name change and answered all my questions. Very satisfied!

I applied for a consolidation loan …as the girl was taking my info she misleaded me like I was approved for the loan, then after getting all my personal information she tells me I’m declined. It’s so unfair how I have been with this bank for so long and my two daughters are also with them and they can’t help me with a little small debt loan….my pay checks are direct deposited here for sake,ugh. Not a good or helpful bank after all.
