I have nothing but good things to say. I have used other storage facilities in the past, and have been displeased with response time and effort put forth by staff. Ruth as well as the rest of the office staff were always willing to help with what I needed, even when I forgot to make a payment, they removed the late fee for me. The units were clean and secure. I would definitely choose this location again!

I give It a 5 star because many years ago my husband and I were low on money and needed to find a cheap unit. I searched and found walton security storage. Mrs. Ruth was behind the desk when i opened the door, and greeted me with a smile and was so sweet to us, never had a bad experince the whole several months we were there . I found myself today needing a unit with my husband needed to be admitted into a nursing home. I had to move in with my Mom so I called to rent one of the units and to my suprise when I opened the door, there she was sitting behind the desk with that beautiful smile! I never expected to see her thinking someone else had bought the company and shed be gone. Their cheaper than anyone else and would recommend this storage physicality highly! Oh by the way, Ms.Ruth was so thoughtful knowing that i'd been back and forth today moving in boxes by myself and the dear lady brought me a cold bottle of water and told me to becareful out in this heat. Thank you Ms.Ruth!. Diane

Although the business was closed when I sent my inquiry, Ruth contacted me very promptly the next day. She processed my move in, and helped make sure everything was secure on top of that. No hesitation. I had a good experience.
