This would of been a 5 star review up until today when i called the office to try and come back to be seen and i was denied.. If you are currently a patient at this “doctors office” i hope you never have to change for ANY REASON even if you experience dramatic life changes because they will not ever see you again as a patient.. lol I’m being denied healthcare service for me having to transfer healthcare providers when i was a MINOR in 2012. What kind of doctors office holds a grudge because of something that happen to a minor.. I encourage you to go somewhere else before you step foot in this office.. the one star is only to leave a review.

great healthcare but the staff are smartasses. dont expect any professional responses from them. the office and finace manager like to argue and tell you that you are wrong about billing conflicts. I called Dr because i was having panic attack and needed medication quickly. the office manager told dr that i was demanding meds. wow, what an jerk. I called because i needed help from my Dr or go to the ER.

Dr. Wiles is a wise, practical, and compassionate primary care physician. I'm very grateful for her.The office staff members, in general, are very helpful--there's always "that person" in every setting. I must give a shout-out to Kalie (sp?) who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant during a recent call and a time-sensitive request and to Mia who's always kind and helpful.

In my opinion.. this is by far the worse practice In Monroe & possibly Georgia for that matter. The incompetence & miscommunication is so unprofessional..if you value your life or the lives of your loved ones, please look elsewhere.After what could have been a life threatening experiencedue to the lack of urgency on their part, we left & wound up in the emergency room. ER doctors were shocked when we told them what happened.It’s a long story & I’m not going into it.Along with MANY negative reviews I’ve already read from other patients since this experience, I have written several of my own.I have also filed complaints with Blue Cross, who they are contracted with &the medical board.I am quite certain nothing will become of this , but if you see them on the news one day being shut down.. you will remember this.

Thank you Walton Family Medicine for working me in today. I came in with a very painful condition and Dr. Morris was the most kind doctor. He could’ve easily referred me out, but instead provided me with the treatment I needed. I actually believe he cared.

Always friendly and supportive staff. For the first time in a long time I feel as if my primary doctor listens to me and has changed my life with her recommendations with medication. I’m certainly grateful for this clinic!

The Doctors have never done wrong and always been easy to get along with and informative.They do have a policy though that does not allow an appointment to be made unless you have a zero balance with them. In my situation this morning, I did not have access to any forms of payment and therefore could not schedule a needed appointment.My owed balance was $20.It seems a little short sighted to prevent me from making an appointment where I can pay them immediately first person for any and all services rendered at that time... or prior owed amounts.

My Father in law & Fiance both use Walton Family Medicine. So after a series of unpleasant visits with my current PCP I saw Dr. Jim Hamilton this afternoon! He really took his time with me, never rushed! He really took interest in me as a person & took the time to get to know me! He’ll be my PCP until he retires!!

Dr Wyles is very professional and when I leave, I feel like the entire office keeps my best interest in mind. They're more than friendly and very helpful if I need refills on medicine or documents for work. I highly recommend this office and Dr Wyles to anyone in need of a primary care physician.

I will never go to anyone different. I primarily see Dr Wiles who I admire and respect. She has been the absolute best Dr you could ask for. I've also seen other Drs within the practice when needed and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. The nurses, receptionist, everyone treats you like family here. I cannot thank them enough for the care they give.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Sheryl Wiles for at least 5 years. She is the most consummate professional, while also making you feel welcome and listened to. She is the best of the best as a family physician. I have encountered rude and overworked people everywhere I go. The office staff has been acceptable. I know all businesses are short staffed, so it is not that they want to hire more staff. Thanks for everything, Dr. Wiles and staff.
