Owner curses in different language and blames customer over lottery tickets payment being debit and him submit the transaction as credit then lies and says its the customers fault for not knowing he wants it run as debit.
Months later back again and the guy behind the counter still has the same negative attitude towards customers thinking he knows everything about everything just avoid this place altogether. Wonders why he closes at 9pm cuz he hasnt had but a few customers

Nasty attitude and customer service is terrible. I would rather drive around on E before I stop at this gas station ever again.

Terrible service! The male owner was on the phone the whole time he was trying to check me out and kept messing up and making me repeat myself. After telling me THREE different totals I just said okay, paid, and asked for a receipt. When I got the receipt I found after all of that I was still overcharged. I only had 4 items. All of which were like $1 each.

It is MOST AGGRAVATING to go to a store and they have closed "several minutes" early. This stores service has steadily decreased - the staff that "used" to work here has changed. It didn't use to be this way. Suggestion is to Always exceed the customers expectations - but NEVER EVER CLOSE NIT EVEN OND MINUTE EARLY. I will avoid coming here.

This is the gas station I prefer. I have been using this place for the whole 3 years I have lived in Monroe. It is very convenient.

My gas station of choice for almost ten years. The staff is above and beyond friendly. They know me by name. They ask about my family. Theyre always willing to check the back if i need something thats not on the shelf. They ignore the three dollar minimum to use debit for me. If im short a few cents or a dollar they let it slide. Its not just me either. They treat all the regulars with the same care. Good people.

Had me pay the "pay with card" price even though I paid with cash. They'll cheat you out of your money. Go to the Marathon across the street
