Spent $140 on all over color only for it to wash out after day 2. I was out of state when I visited this location. I called them once I was home the manager tells me she xant do nothing for me. I called guest services and they want to text me 2 days later and the store manager wants to offer an e gift card for $66 to cover the issue. Unacceptable i spent $140 and you want to give $66 back. Cute Ulta real cute... I demand a full refund now.

Went to go get some mascara my friend was raving about, the sales staff was extremely rude. I asked for the mascara and was told it was at the very front. Went to go look for it and was immediately called out and asked what I was doing. I tried to explain that I was just looking around and they got an attitude right away. Not coming back.

Got my hair done at Ulta in Athens for my 40th birthday. My girlfriends and guy friends were taking Mr ouy on the town in Atl. Ulta did an amazing job. Highly recommend girls.

I'm from NY, & visiting friends in Georgia. I decided my hair was driving me so I called your salon for an appointment. Joan was recommended to me as your best with color. Well, today I saw Joan, & she made MAGIC with my hair!! It looks incredible! She has such an amazing knowledge of color, color products, & hair reactions to these products. She blew me right out of the water! I'm so grateful Joan was recommended. She is SPECTACULAR!

Lancome has always been my favorite. However, with this economy I have begun to ask for less expensive products. The customer service is awesome, and I now wear a variety of gorgeous and fun cosmetics, which are half the price.
