The girl running the self checkout greeted me when I came in. The girl running the register was nice and price matched things for me. I’ve never done a price match before. They were very kind and helpful and helped me get my grill loaded. I will return. I came in after Home Depot didn’t help me and didn’t care that I was there.

This is my local TSC and my family and I are frequent shoppers there. We've never had a bad experience and everyone has been extremely helpful. Today I experienced excellent Customer Service from Rebecca, Duke and Diane. Rebecca went above and beyond for me today and Duke graciously honored a sale price for me. Thank you guys for everything!

We took our 3 dogs for a bath today. Their self serve pet wash makes bathing them so much easier. They have several different types of shampoo to choose from and lots of towels. Diane was so sweet - she came in and restocked the towels and was even waiting outside the door to give our pups a treat once we were done. I had a coupon for a free pet wash that had expired a few days ago, but Diane and Ben still gave me a free wash! Thanks again y’all!

Horrible staff. My elderly mother had to beg and wait over 30 minutes for help and was only helped by someone she saw walk in to start their shift. Cashier also sassed back after the whole event. Go anywhere else but this location.

I'm not sure about the new policy of asking for your personal information at check out. I was asked by your employee Jayden (location: TS Monroe, Ga) for my personal information while checking out with my items. I noticed him doing so with each and every customer I stood in line behind. I asked him why my personal information was necessary to make a purchase at your store. He replied he needed "points" to advance to management status. I, then said "I think you're supposed to ASK customers IF they want to join TS rewards program." TS, you have an employee committing fraud which is a serious offense in a court of law! Jayden never asked me if I wanted to join your TS rewards program, he concealed the reason for cheating your customers all in order to steal their private information for his own selfish benefit.

I could rate a 0, I would- We had a horrible experience at your Monroe location- First I asked an employee for pricing and location of an item, his response was not sure couple hundred dollars and they are located outside. Didn’t bother to show me or get me a price. Then the same representative, stops my family says “ was your kid playing with the safes” I looked at my 7 year old he with sad eye about to cry says “yes”. The representative proceeds to tell us “ he usually doesn’t says anything till he needs to, if the safe are locked it’s a $500 charge to have them unlocked” His tone was very rude and condescending, disrespectful and talked to me as if I was a child. yep my son should have not been touching the safes, I was unaware because he was with his dad, who was looking at the gun safes. I can’t be sure, but I don’t remember there being a sign not to touch the safes. They need to be locked, with a sign see staff to open safe, covers over the key pads- Then we were checking out, the person who was checking us out was a manager, the representative (later found out he was a manager) walks up says the $700 safe maybe locked out and he was going to give it a minute but may have to move it to the back. Again my son should have not been touching them, my son is one of those kids that is a super rule follower and was looking at the safes like his daddy, the entire way home he talked about why that man was so mean to him and he didn’t understand. Which we explain he should not be touching them, those are for grown up-This is no way to treat customer service especially by a manager, should have been treated with more respect as a customer. He spoke to my self and my husband as if we were children. I let that go and went to checkout- Then to come up to the register to make another point to belittle us again, uncalled for and again my son was standing there almost in tears with embarrassment. You need to relook at the management you have at your store in Monroe. He also was speaking with another customer in front of me, about a coupon he was completely rude and disrespectful to this elderly gentleman. He needs to be trained in customers service, general human decency and respect. Since I am not the only customer speaking about the issue, probably the same manager- you really need to look at your management team and how you are displaying the safes-

Great Location In Brice Square Shopping Plaza. Very Clean-Inside & Outside. Stocked With Lots Of Variety Of Merchandise & Seasonal As Well. Employees Were All Friendly, Efficient & Professional. Gotta Luv TSC!!
