I had a great experience with my roof replacement with SCI, most importantly I want to thank Daniel for going the extra mile on all aspects of this process. He was very patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He always kept me updated about the process, the appraisers and all the way til the end.

Great company to work with. After the recent storms they inspected my roof and showed me pictures of the findings. I didn’t know how any of this worked but Daniel explained it saying the insurance adjuster has to complete an inspection and they make the decision and write the estimate. It went exactly like he said and they sent me the estimate. I picked the color of shingles and paid only my deductible and got a brand new roof. I’m so glad the insurance covered the other $17k. My roof was completed in just one day with the guys working in the bad heat. Daniel kept me informed about everything along the way and even came by again afterwards. Mary in the office was very helpful when I called in too. My roof looks great and I’m happy with the project.

HORRIBLE company to work with! I absolutely regret ever doing business with these crooks. The estimator(Scott) who came out to look at our roof fell off hurting himself, destroying a gutter on the way down and damaged our deck furniture. Despite this, we moved forward with having them replace our roof. After the roof install I had to withhold final payment for several weeks because he failed to tell his manager that he ripped a gutter off my house. When I finally got ahold of Mary in the office, she was very rude and condescending. I had to be the one to tell her about Scott falling off the roof and destroying my property. She was still reluctant to fix my gutter. After waiting 2 more weeks, the gutter was finally fixed. I was glad to be done dealing with SCI.
Fast forward 9 months and we discover that we’re missing all the ridge cap venting we spent thousands of dollars installing the summer before we had the roof done. Any competent roofer knows exactly what this is, and what it’s for. It’s reusable and was taken and never replaced. Now I’ve been calling their office and getting the same run around from Morgan as I did from Scott and Mary before. My next move is small claims court.

Scammers. So essentially, they will rope you in to file a claim for your roof no matter how justified it is or backed by real evidence and then ghost you if your claim is rejected. They will convince you that your roof will definitely be approved by your insurance because it qualifies the minimum hail damage blah blah but you will only know when your claim is rejected and insurance go up that how big this scam is. They are fishing on people's expense, that's all. Think twice before letting them go on your roof.

Alex Rubio of SCI Roofing performed a very thorough roof inspection after a July 2023 wind and hail storm and identified issues. Alex worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything was addressed and walked me through the estimate process, clearly explaining what was and was not covered by insurance (code changes not covered by insurance, shingle upgrades available, potential costs of additional damage found, etc).
On the day of the roof replacement the crew came in and covered the grounds around the house with tarps, performed a 2 layer tear-off and were putting down underlayment by 9:30am, attaching shingles to the first areas by 10:15am. The major portion of the project including cleanup was completed by 3:30p, and punch out items (vent painting, etc) completed by 4:45pm.
The area was totally cleaned, and I haven’t found any roofing tacks, staples, or nails since the job. The roof looks great and I highly recommend Alex Rubio and SCI Roofing to be considered for your roofing needs.

Would highly recommend SCI Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Scott and Ryan were truly professional. Called about a clogged drain on my home and these gents were there within a two hour timeframe, diagnosed the issue and unclogged our drain within minutes. Trustworthy, professional, and fair!
