I recently had to file a claim for myself, and I called the office to see how the process worked, I was helped by Susan. I cannot express enough how patient, supportive, and knowledgeable she was! She went above and beyond to help me, quickly returned my calls, answered all my questions, and even offered to call claims on my behalf when I hit a snag. She texted me with updates, and never made me feel silly for asking questions! I don’t know who your State Farm agent is, but Susan is the best!

Customer service used to be great with this office. Unfortunately
that service is gone and they are unwilling to help with anything.

With the prices keep going up sadly after 20+ years of being with state farm we are in the market for new insurance. The prices keep jacking up every month!

I have been with State Farm for quite awhile and I don’t plan on going anywhere. My local team is Awesome! Kim Causby is my go to person there. She keeps everything in order for me. Kim will contact me and make suggestions when we are changing vehicles or need any changes to the policy. She even kept check on us when we were in a major accident. I truly love this type of rapport with my Agency! All of them there show concern. But Kim’s my Favorite!!! ?

Patti Souther-State Farm Insurance has been my agent since 1999. Patti and her team have always been there for our family! Three moves, six vehicles, three claims on my teenage daughters truck and even replacing our home's roof. I recently purchased a new truck and Kimberly took care of my insurance with no problems. Patti Souther is the best insurance agent around. Her staff is beyond exceptional. I deal with Susan, Joy, Kimberly, and Jane the most and it’s never an unpleasant experience. That could be adding a new vehicle, dealing with an accident, or even as far as trying to just lower your monthly cost, this team is there to help and can get the job done. I moved to the other side of GA and still refuse to find a new agent bc of how great this team is. If you’re looking for an insurance company that cares about you, this is the place you need to be.

I am a State Farm policy holder and live in Florida. My dad, who recently passed away was a State Farm policy holder for many years. As executor of his will, I am responsible for making sure his wishes are carried out the way he wanted. I contacted Susan Blair when my dad passed away and speaking to her made my heart warm. She talked about him as if he was a member of the family. I appreciate appreciate the fact that I can contact her anytime and she is so kind and compassionate always. I am so lucky that my dad had caring people he could count on. Even though my dad is no longer here, I can still count on Susan to help me through things. I am thankful for her.
