I went to get a new phone last week and there was two girls in the lobby. Both employees. I told them I needed to upgrade and they told me I would have to buy a phone. They don't do upgrades any more. They were rude and unprofessional, to put it nicely.

I have called to complain twice about representative at this store because very unprofessional, disrespectful,rude, abusive, bullying n don't help. I went in there on 7/8/23 n had to prepare myself to fight the young black girl because she thought I would be the bigger person but I had enough. She doesn't need to be in store at 1131 spring st Monroe ga. Horable representative . She threatened me n called her mother. I'm consulting a lawyer also

I had the best experience EVER!!! I want to give major credit to Labrelle and Emily!!! They were super sweet, very knowledgeable, and really cared!!! I appreciate their help and how fast the process was!!!

Went in the store to add a line and the employees tried to force me to buy a case and a screen protector. After speaking with customer service I found out that this is totally against company policy. DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES TO ADD A NEW LINE.

I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the only way I could give a review the girls there or rude snobby and very unhelpful I was told by one store that was a Metro store as long as manager was on duty they could help with my phone which is messed up but they would not help so they are not helpful very rude started raising their voice and snobby I wish I could have got the name of the girl so i could have reported her to her manager very rude I don't I'll never go to theonroe store I'll go to a different location

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They don't always have things in stock, but I choose to still use this location because it's the closest one to me.

I went in today to obtain a wireless router. The young lady that I talked to,Emily, was very courteous & professional, but kept it light at the same time.If this store has an Employee Of The Month program & my vote counts, I elect HER! I thank you very much for your help Emily.

Honey was fantastic!!! My phone came out of my pocket while riding on motorcycle and I had to get a new one. Honey helped me get my new phone up and running without any issues. Totally stress free!! When outside and told my fiance how easy it was and he went in and got a new one too!! Thanks Honey....we really appreciate all your help and I love my new case too!!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL service. I believe his name was mike, but he was extremely professional and very kind. Helped me connect my gmail and went above and beyond when helping me upgrade/ set up my new stylo 6. He applied my screen protector with so much care and precision. (I know that's an odd thing to mention but other employees have always left bubbles in my screen protectors ?) A customer came in and was being very rude to him and he handled it very well all while assisting me with my phone. He did not deserve to be treated the way that man was talking to him. Thank you for being awesome Mike!

A girl name Yessiv... was helping my mother switch to a different phone but keep the same metro service. She mentioned that the store couldn’t help transfer her contacts and pictures at the store but still charged $20.57. The lady was just very rude to my mother, she didn’t handle things in a nicely manner. I would not recommend going to this store.
