Got a drug screening by Elizabeth Smith ( collector ). We’ll get into why I rate it a 1 star because of her in just a second.Checked in through the website @ 11AM for my appointment @ 11:15AM. I decided to go inside after a 15 minute grace period after my appointment, because I have yet to receive a text alert that I would be taken in next.I go inside and I get notified from another patient that there was only 1 person running the lab. Understandable, that’s not the problem whatsoever.I look @ the screen they had of what appointments they had next & who was next, & my name was not on there, even though I checked into the website.I patiently waited, to then interact with such a rude bitter person, Elizabeth Smith. I kindly told her that I checked into the website for my appointment @ 11:15AM, & to ask when I will be next, & if my name will show up on the screen, due to me waiting past my now 20 minutes after my appointment.She aggressively told me that she’s the only person in the lab working, & did not answer any of my confusion. She rudely tries to walk away so she can take the next patient as if I wasn’t already waiting & asking questions to clear up my confusion.As she was trying to walk away, I then asked her the same question & she finally answers to then ask me my name, ID, & what I’m here for. She told me to write it on a sticky note so she can take the next patient. Once again waiting even longer with my confusion.When she came back, I asked her if I can just wait in my car, & she said in a very condescending way that “you can’t wait in the car because I can’t call you.” like as if i’m suppose to know why she’s unable to do that?She was very unprofessional when it came to clearing up my confusion. I was the only one singled out due to 2 reasons:1. She was patient & kind to everyone else due to others checking in in person rather than on the website. ( Which, if you’re unable to multitask to do it in order & efficiently, then just shut the website down for that day, especially if it’s because you’re understandably understaffed. )2. Other patients were older, & Elizabeth was part of the older community as well.I felt very singled out due to me being the only young one in the waiting room.It’s understandable to be understaffed and having to wait, it’s the fact of Elizabeth being so condescending, rude, & absolutely bitter.

Id rather drive hours away to another location to avoid this place. No ID was taken and they filled an old order from my Dr and are still trying to bill for it even though my Dr called immediately to cancel it. Phone customer service is painful to deal with. The technician struggled to get my vein and fished for it several times. It wasn't until the 3rd stick did she try a butterfly needle and she still fished with that. At this point I was so tense from her fishing for my vein my blood was barely flowing so she just jabbed it around till she got some. Run away

After getting an order from the doctor and going over to the office at 3 pm I was told they weren't taking walk ins and she wished they would quit sending "you people" over here. I understand being overwhelmed but you still need to have tack when speaking with someone.

While there for bloodwork both me and my father had told the nurse to use a butterfly needle as I don't do well with needles and the nurse blatantly ignored us both and said she didn't want to use one as it would take longer and them tried to convince us they are the same and have no noticeable difference and when we tried to contact them via phone number they hung up on us I know for a fact now I will never be using this place again and neither will any of my family the blatant disregard for the patients well being is unacceptable and the woman who ran the desk was useless and acted as if we should have already had everything ready so she wouldn't have to do anything and did not act in a professional manner

By far the best experience at Labcorp. Made an appointment, checked in online and was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was very kind and Happy to help me.

The four stars is for the staff and the cleanliness of the location. The minus one star is because of LabCorp itself not staffing appropriately. There was only one staff member there working incredibly hard and doing her absolute best. But she's only one person, and it seems incredibly unsafe for her to be manning an entire location by herself. Even at my job we are not allowed to unlock the doors unless there are two people on site for safety and security reasons. She was very polite and professional and going as fast as she could and I have no complaints at all about the staff, but I was really tempted to leave a 1 star review because of LabCorps unwillingness to schedule appropriately. Even if there was a call out, which happens, there still should have been a minimum of two employees. If not for speed and accuracy, but at least for the safety of the employees.I did not leave a 1 star review because everything else about the location was great and I write reviews for my community not for the graces of the business. Do better LabCorp.

Super impressed with this location. I used to go to Conyers because the people taking the blood were so nice. The last time I was there… I had the worst experience so I tried this location.I was in and out in 5 minutes. It was the most efficient experience ever. The lady at the desk was very knowledgeable but not the nicest until I started joking with her and she smiled. I’m not there for nice though… I’m there for someone to take my blood right. I’ve had such terrible experiences at two other LC locations. I think this is the first time I couldn’t feel the needle. She was so good. I’ve been many times where I was left with huge bruises. You can barely see where my blood was taken. You could tell she knew what she was doing.Highly impressed. They took me straight back. Will definitely choose this location next time.

Very rude every time you come in. Check in desk always have an attitude. If you don’t want to work or deal with the public don’t not get a customer service job.

Went this past Friday to get blood work done and was there a quarter til 4 and was walking up to the door and the lady locked the door on me. I went to open the door and she said no we are closed. I said no your not, your hours say you are open and she said we do not do drug testing past 2 and I said I am not here for drug testing, my doctor sent me here for blood tests and she turned and walked away. I knocked but no one answered and they turned out their lights. I was there just for blood work and in plenty of time for routine blood work! Having to wait until Monday and not happy about it because it is so I can begin treatment for a new diagnosis!

Had appointment at 2:00. There's no one there. No one answers the phone. And online just shows to be open.
