I need some new columns for my front porch, so I checked the Home Depot website and it says they have them in stock. They don’t have the ones that I need in stock because these are in the wrong bin and they also have black mold all over them.

This store #1774 is a joke. As well as a manager Theresa.

First let me start by saying that I try very hard not to go to Home Depot if I can help it, but unfortunately some times I have to because they are the closest to me. The Home Depot here in Monroe, Ga is kept clean and organized even in the garden center. I can usually find what I need and check out quickly without help, but in the rare instances that I had to request help it was a arduous task to find someone. The customer service within the store is almost none existent unless you grab the attention of the first employee you see before they zip by you. Some times if you do find someone they are usually standing around with other employees talking with each other like they are on a break. They always seem like they are trying to avoid helping customers as much as possible. If you do not need help with anything the ones that walk by you or you walk by don't even bother to acknowledge you at all. The only employees here that are at all pleasant and helpful seem to be the garden center ones. When I do purchase something here I always go to the garden center register. The problems with there customer service have been a problem with this store even before the pandemic. So, in conclusion, if you know what you are looking for and where to find it you won't have a problem, but if you go in looking or help good luck. Of course like all companies that have these problems to fix them they tend to go over board in the other direction and then you end up with every employee asking you if you need help. They never seem to understand what a good middle ground is. The following only applies to the recent pandemic. The Home Depots here in Monroe, Covington, and Conyers are NOT enforcing ALL of their COVID safety measures like they would want you to believe. The only one they seem to enforce is the one for employees. They say here and on their big signs in front of their stores that everyone must wear masks when in the store but that only applies to some people and not others. I just don't see the point of a company making these safety measures if they aren't going to enforce them. This makes them contradicting hypocrites. By the way Home Depot is the only company that is guilty of this. --End of Rant-Review. If you have read this far I'm sorry I don't have a prize for you.

the bean counters at Home Office have destroyed the stores. bare bones stock. and also COMPLETELY OUT OF LOTS IF BASIC ITEMS, And dont tell me it was the COVID19, its always like this. is it seriously going to kill your forecasted earnings to have basic electrical supplies on the shelves?? this is the very reson why you guys CANNOT get serious TRADESMEN in your stores

Evidently I am invisible. I stood in the main aisle (straight in from the entrance) and searched for a particular fluorescent bulb for ten to fifteen minutes. I had the 16” bulb in my hand so clearly I was trying to match it. Nobody approached me to help. Then an elderly gentleman rolled up on his shopping cart and lo and behold an associate jumped out and said “what can I help you find today, sir?”

The associate that helped us was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed for our diy hot water heart installation.

Jon (Garden Center) was helpful in the bathroom department-flooring-everywhere I had to go. And then to top off my great experience Shannon in the register was the friendliest cashier. I have been here several times over the years but tonight’s visit is the best. I had help throughout the store. Thanks Home Depot employees!!

I bought a basic shower door a couple years ago. It was never installed or unwrapped. I was told they could not take it back because they would not be able to sell it.

My husband PURCHASED a NEW John Deer lawn mower from Home Depot yesterday. They didn't have it in stock so they had to deliver it to our house today. The delivery guys get here and guess what.... they were told from the people at Home Depot that we had the KEY and the manual. How would we have the key and the manual if we DIDN'T GET THE LAWN MOVER YET..... so now a manager is having to drive the key back out to us. So we have a new lawn mower (just delivered)and NO KEY. My husband has to help them PUSH it up our hill since the delivery guys didn't have the key. Oh and let me add the LAWN MOWER has scratches all over it and the seat looks used. Which we found out they took a seat from a display and put it on this mower. Keep in mind we BOUGHT this NEW.......

I have recently been going through a remodel that has lasted several months and Mark at the ProDesk has been the greatest help. He was referred to me by a family member and he is truly the most helpful person. I have had a miraid of questions for many departments and the staff has been relatively knowledgable and not afraid to speak up when they weren't which was a breath of fresh air.

Ordered $14,000 of windows and a front door for a renovation. The door came in 8 weeks late, had the wrong sidelights, and was damaged. I didn't want my customer to wait so I offered to take it anyway with a 20% discount. the manager refused and said I would have to re order. He never contacted me himself...cowardly... so I stopped by and spoke with him on my way out of the store. He wouldn't look me in the eye and even tried to help another customer while I was in mid sentence. Not once did he even try to apologize. I can't understand how companies as large as home depot can make such horrible management decisions.
