Store manager Steve is the biggest jerk I have ever dealt with. Said to look up my email to see if item is warrantied that he didn’t have time because he only had 4 other people working there. I will absolutely never walk back in that store and I will tell everyone how much of a jerk he was. Told me in front of other customers that I didn’t listen and that’s why I didn’t know if said item was warrantied that I needed to look it up in my email, and this wasn’t even over the phone this was to my face in the store. Worst customer service ever. If this is the best store manager you all can produce, you all are gonna lose a lot of money and sales. He was so busy there were about 5 customers total in the store at 11:30 on a Thursday.?
