We found Brookstone through a home they previously had built and fell in love with it. We met with Raymond and quickly realized our best bet to get what we wanted was to build. We had several options of land to choose from as well as floor plans that fit what we wanted. I had a list of things I wanted in our new home and Raymond immediately knew of a plan that would fit everything I had in mind. We ended up choosing that house plan and honestly I couldn’t be happier. The building process was easier than I expected and went as smooth as possible. Donna and Raymond were on top of things whenever there was a hiccup. Which even then, there was very little. I’ve heard in the building process there’s always something that goes wrong and it’s so stressful and maybe that prepared me for the worse but really I have nothing bad to say or complain about this process. It was so easy. They planned things out accordingly and followed through and our house turned out absolutely gorgeous and just the way I wanted it. Raymond and Donna were there whenever I needed them and still are if I ever have a question or anything. We feel so fortunate to have found Brookstone and can’t thank y’all enough for everything!

I recently represented a buyer in the purchase of their new home built by Brookstone Construction. Throughout the process, there were inevitable bumps along the way, as is typical in any building project. There were a few things that were either done incorrectly or were missing, but everything was resolved by closing. Raymond and Donna were incredibly helpful and dedicated to ensuring my client's satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address any concerns or issues that arose, even after the closing. The level of commitment and follow-up from the builder truly impressed me. Despite the challenges and delays with closing due to material shortages or weather, the end result is nothing short of spectacular. The house is absolutely beautiful, and my clients are thrilled with their purchase. I highly recommend Brookstone for their professionalism, dedication, and the exceptional quality of their homes. I will definitely recommend Brookstone to future clients moving to their building areas.

Raymond and Donna were a dream to work with. They are very professional and know their business. The special touches and finishes they put on the homes are so tasteful. Donna knows interiors! Raymond is responsive, easy to get in touch with, and flollows through. My clients are so happy with there new home.

This was the 3rd house I had built and my experience with Raymond and Donna has been the best experience I have had. The have been so responsive with all my needs and wants.
I was so impressed with there business philosophies I have agreed to have them do additional work to this house. I highly recommend them and appreciate everything they’ve done.

I wouldn’t recommend this builder to anyone I care even a little about. They have been completely unreasonable and infuriating to work with. Not only has it been unpleasant through the construction process, we left the closing office and went to our brand new home that hadn’t even been cleaned! We couldn’t even move in until they had a cleaning company come out! There was construction debris and leftover parts and equipment and an extra door leaning against the wall. Half of the doors weren’t hung correctly, there was mud all over the sidewalks, porches and our white painted house. Not to mention all of the trash that littered the yard. Now while trying to get things fixed that are still under warranty, we discover the contractor list we were provided in our closing paper work isn’t even correct. We called an electrician from the list and they didn’t even wire our house! It’s the most ridiculous and unprofessional experience I have had and this was the third home I have purchased. The houses are built beautifully, but for the amount of stress, attitude from Raymond (the owner) about things he should have already taken care of, and drama we have had with buying this home, it’s not worth it. There are plenty of great builders that are far easier to work with so keep looking!

Don’t waste your time. They don’t finish what they’ve started, don’t do anything in a timely manner. Not sure how they’re still in business.

We have tried to contact this company about a new home for over a year. We tried to email, we went through their website for information and we called both numbers listed on their signs. No one would ever respond. We had our real estate agent reach out as well with no success. We do know they are still in business because they are still building homes. Great full we found a new home we love. Good Luck trying to get any information at all from this group!

I have built before and my previous experience 26 years ago, I wanted to run for the hills and from my partner. I swore I would not build again. They listen, they are fair, they are honest, and both Raymond and Donna will work with you to achieve your vision from start to finish. If you don't have a vision, the pride they take with each one of their builds and their knowledge in this market, you can trust Brookstone Consruction Group will still provide you with a beautiful quality home you will be proud of and excited to share with family and friends. Regardless the size or budget you may have to stick with. We loved our build from start to finish and we could not happier with the end result. It's gorgeous! We love it! Brookstone Construction Group IS Integrity at its best!
