AutoZone Monroe you need to improve your customer service. My son was in the store and was trying to buy a part. CSR 13 was rude and unprofessional. This is NOT how to conduct business.

Went to have my car tested on my battery but found the battery was ok but find my charging system is not ok.

Store was unorganized . The staff was all but absent only when they help you do you appreciate that much. AutoZone , this store put a bad taste in my mouth

The person that helped me was very helpful and I just tried to get the same help from Orally which was challenging my battery it is a side Post Orally said he couldn't get the test done went to AutoZone and got it tested and changed .

Great courteous staff!! My dilemma was small but I was unable to open the key fob to my vehicle in order to put in a new battery. Thanks to Brandy and her ingenuity for getting it open and placing my newly purchased battery. Thank you so much!!

It is a waste of time to come to the store never have the parts and always say what you have is not under warranty even though you look online and it states is still under warranty don’t waste your time or money here
