I first took my granddaughter to get her hair done then myself and my other granddaughter n everything was great. I read the reviews before I went but I like to experience something for myself. Yes they speak loud, another language n on phone but it dont matter..the job is done professional n it is worth the money. Please visit n look good with us.

Waited for 2 hours for an appointment at 4:00pm got in the chair near 7:00pm, person who was supposed to braid my hair wasn’t there even though they said they would, another woman started braiding my hair and she was rushing and didn’t even try to make my braids neatServices: Braids

Came by the shop at 4:50 and they were closed. This is the second time this has happened. The customer service is horrible and when you call they never apologize or give an explanation they act as if they don't need your business.

Horrible!!!! I made a appointment a week ahead then called the day before to confirm the appointment I was told yes that is fine on the phone both times . When I arrived I was waiting two hours then I asked was other help coming Ana would say yes others are coming yes a hour later 1 worker showed up .. I end up getting up and leaving i waiting 2 hours nd 30 mins . Definitely need to just close them down ‼️‼️‼️‼️Service: Braids

Just going to state the facts. I scheduled an appointment 4 days ago on line with their booking app, then called to speak with someone to confirm. Upon arrival there were 5 other people ahead of me that said they too have 7:30 am hair braiding appointments. There is only one Braider and I had to call her at 7:45 because she was late. It’s 8:20 and the solo braider says that other Braiders are coming but will not be here until 9 am. I’m older (52), and I can not believe that the younger patrons that are waiting are willing to accept this business practice. Why schedule appointments if you take walk ins as first come first serve. If you go here, get there early to stand in line outside and be prepared to wait it out for them to open the business and then start braiding your hair.Service: Braids

Would not give this place a fraction of a star. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 730 am upon arrival there were 5 people waiting outside that also had 730 am appointments with only one braider. The person opening was 20 minutes late with other braiders not arriving until closer to 9 am. 2 hours after my appointment time, I'm still waiting. I can't believe I waited with a scheduled appointment. These people aren't serious about sustaining a business and reputation. As long as the behavior is accepted the business continues to run poorly...because we sit and wait. There are other African braiders out there. Support good businesses that appreciate your hard earned money.
