I've been going here for my braids for 3 years now and have always been satisfied with my hair (not so much the service) up until recently. I've recommended coworkers on down to my own family members.
The past 3 experiences here were very poor and I will not be returning nor recommending anyone else.
Anna the owner had someone who was inexperienced in the style I wanted do my hair. I was charged extra for a style they did not acheive and also the ends of my hair were extremely frizzy because the ends were not burned or dipped in water. This was my birthday hairstyle and I was totally dissatisfied. My hair did not look like the picture I showed them nor did I get stitch braids although I paid extra for stitch braids. The owner knew all of this and did nothing about it. It's more hurtful when you are a loyal customer and your money is still taken.
This shops bathroom is always filthy and trash always overflowing. Some workers do not wash their hands after using restroom. I truly hope my review saves someone the experience. God bless.

I was able to walk in and be seated for braids after 40 minutes, I definitely got lucky. Overall I love my braids ? Tina and Mercy did their thing on my head.

What a disappointment and DISASTER! I booked for knotless braids, shoulder length. I sent in the exact picture of how I wanted my hair. The hair was way longer than I wanted it and the parts were all over the place. I have no middle part! The picture I sent had medium sized braids and they did them super small. With very small and crooked parts. It looks ridiculous. The ends weren’t even either. Some of the ends had ended lower than other parts. I wanted to cry once I seen my hair. It was horrible! For the amount I paid, I could have taken my request somewhere else. I got asked little to no questions about how I wanted my hair. She didn’t even follow the picture I sent. I was also trying to make conversation by asking what language they spoke because I’m Haitian and she was snarky and said English. Rude.

Being going here for a while now and have been satisfied, but today was a disappointment, never have been asked to pay for my hair before it was completed done,they all stay on their phones too much for me and it never took 5 hours to do my daughter's hair.Service: Braids

I first took my granddaughter to get her hair done then myself and my other granddaughter n everything was great. I read the reviews before I went but I like to experience something for myself. Yes they speak loud, another language n on phone but it dont matter..the job is done professional n it is worth the money. Please visit n look good with us.

Waited for 2 hours for an appointment at 4:00pm got in the chair near 7:00pm, person who was supposed to braid my hair wasn’t there even though they said they would, another woman started braiding my hair and she was rushing and didn’t even try to make my braids neatServices: Braids

Came by the shop at 4:50 and they were closed. This is the second time this has happened. The customer service is horrible and when you call they never apologize or give an explanation they act as if they don't need your business.
