My husband and I have been with our last Ins co. For the past 40 years. We decided to leave after a number of incidents of no return calls, no interest in what we needed for the past couple of years. Like a good neighbor was far from what we received. We contacted Mike Sorrels after being recommended by a number of people. From the first step in the office we felt like family. All our questions were answered. There was no question about it they cared about us and our needs and was more than happy to assist us. We are now customers of Alfa Ins. And I must say customer Service was above and beyond what we have experienced in the pass. Thank you Mike and thank you to your receptionist who listened and was so professional. We know in our hearts we made the right decision to change Ins. Co. We look forward to the next years with Alfa Ins.

Worked with Mr. Mike for years. Since the day one, he and his team were always friendly, respectful and working on finding what works best for our family, not only trying to sell more policies. If we had any issues or concerns, we would just contact his office and would receive immediate attention either by the lady who works with him or, if requested he, personally would return our call within 24 hours. Hard to find a "good old school" manners and respect and Mr. Mike has earned our trust years ago.
