This place is ridiculous. I don’t need two people helping me with my card when I pay and do NOT like it that the machine even asked you for a tip. The one standing at the front of the wash, there is a brush you are suppose to use on my windshield but was never used and a while back when it did get used, I don’t want just half of it done with the brush. There is a driver and a passenger side. And the tire shine, absolutely useless. It did nothing to them.

I stop here at least once a month as I'm passing through Monroe. This car wash never leaves me disappointed. It does exactly what I pay for. Shout out to Mark, who helped me select a wash today. This young man deserves a bonus! Great salesman, and pretty funny too.

For the price you pay, not worth it. They have “free” vacuums, as does everywhere else so nothing special. What blows is them charging regular price as everyone else but no towels to wipe anything at all. Air spray nozzle doesn’t work either! Just simply not worth it, I had to leave without being to clean my truck fully

I ran my truck through the wash yesterday and it came out very clean. After speaking with Colby about the different options of washes, he recommended their best wash. And it did not disappoint.
Colby showed very good hospitality and customer service.
Will be going back on the regular to get my car cleaned at mister!!

Had to have a lengthy conversation about signing up for the monthly wash subscription then was asked for gratuity. I could have picked my own wash without need for assistance. The wash itself and the vacuums were fine. Probably would avoid this place in the future to avoid awkward conversations.

Great Wash experience!!! Nice staff and the titanium wash really give my truck that mirror shine!!! Would highly recommend that titanium unlimited
