Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. “We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.”

Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. “First time at this vet. Really took care of my Cairn terrier. Didn't try and nickel and dime me. Dr. spent a lot of time with her. The office was also very clean which is a big deal to me bc I have a severe cat allergy so most of the time I have an outbreak every time I visit a vet. No problems here. Definitely will be coming here from now on.”
