Sarju has always been so helpful, friendly and kind. The entire staff is very friendly. This is my go to store for package mailing, copies and returns. I never have the time to go the post office across town and wait in long lines. So grateful for the friendly faces and great service at my local UPS.

You cannot find a better service business in 15 mile radius. Sarju - who is the owner is always welcoming and give you the right advice for every shipping needs. I have used them for printing and notary - and always treat me with professionalism. Trust me - just go here.

Tried to get 8.5" x 11" pages printed with a full-bleed and what should have taken a couple of days turned into a 2 week issue. The owner/manager kept telling me he needed more time to "figure out a plan". Never gave me an update unless I called. Told me to come into today specifically to meet with him and review everything but wasn't there. The trimmed prints I received were jagged and bent. Should have saved my time and money and gone somewhere else.

I live a mile from this location. Went in to return a small Amazon rug. Not packaged because as most know these rugs are sent to you in flimsy plastic that easily rips. I come in and I’mImmediately told they won’t help me even though I have ups label. I ask if I can pay for new packaging and I am told no. They will not help. Drive to UPS on Hwy 9. It takes two seconds to pay for some packaging and ship it.

I had to ship a computer and several peripherals and they did a superb job of packaging. Everything arrived as expected and operational. The receiver was really impressed with the packaging for protection.

This store just lost a customer over tape. As soon as I walked in the door with a small package to ship, the owner didn't say hello or anything. He just asked if I wanted to buy tape. I said no thank you, I said I just needed to ship this box with a prepaid label. Disgruntled, he used the shipping label insert to tape the box. I told him very kindly that I would feel better if he used tape. He grabbed my box and put one piece on it and said "there" with attitude. I walked out fuming.I understand supplies have skyrocketed in price lately, but all he had to do is nicely request that all boxes be taped prior to shipping. I would have understood. I will most certainly go out of my way to use a different UPS store now. Over tape.
