Both RBTs that Total Care lined us up with failed to show up for our first appointment. The office deflected responsibility. Unprofessional and a waste of time. They fail to vet their employees for punctuality and basic responsibility. It is worth considering whether they are vetting them sufficiently to determine whether they are qualified to be responsible for your child's therapy.

Working at Total Care ABA has been such a pleasure. Every day I feel like I am working towards something meaningful and providing families with the help they need, and letting them know that we are truly in this together! This is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone here cares for the kids we work for tremendously and works as a team to help better the lives of every child and family we interact with daily. The BCBAs offer more support to the families and RBTs than I have ever seen with any other company. Total Care is continuously growing and expanding but we all still feel like family. I have found the company that I am happy to call home! I cannot wait to see where my career will be with Total Care 10 years from now!

I love the fact the my son loves his therapist and is willing to learn with her. He's already started saying new words and he's always smiling while he's learning.

I am very happy with Total Care ABA. Their staff is exceptional and in the time we have been with them we have seen amazing results. My grandson is stage 1 and 2 Autistic and was non verbal to start. Working with the ABA therapist he has gotten between 15 to 18 words and or sounds. This is with outside therapy as well. We love his therapist and she goes above and beyond when she works with him. He is excited to see her during the week and hates it when she isn't able to be around when he is sick. Total Care ABA is the best.

Jasmine has been my sons In home RBT since around the end of April beginning of may and he has gown tremendously with the help ABA therapy,She has taught him how to sit at the table and eat his meals. She also helped with potty training and he is fully potty trained now she also helped him with coping and self calming. and he’s also beginning to use some words wit’s the help of Jasmine.me and my family are 100% thankful for total care ABA, being a part of our lives.

Total Care ABA Therapy is absolutely wonderful mainly in part of my daughters BCBA JP. He is amazing and patient with me. Helps in any way he can and is just an all around great person!!

My boys as well as myself absolutely adore our team! JP and Kasara have been amazing with the boys. Patient, kind, and willing to go with the flow when it comes to them, which is highly important in our household. Our BCBA(JP) and our RBT (Kasara) have communicated well with me in regards to the plan and goals for my children. Everything they have assisted with has been more than appreciated! I have, and will continue to refer every parent I know with a child in need to this agency!!

I have had the privilege of working for Total Care ABA for a little over 4 months and I have had the most positive experience. The work/life balance is something that I have always strived for and with their model it is more than achievable. They pride themselves in making the work place professional while maintaining a laid back and friendly atmosphere. The individuals behind the scene are approachable, efficient , supportive, and actively implement feedback to enhance fluid communication and systems. I not only feel appreciated and supported in my role as a clinical supervising BCBA, but I feel heard and valued. I am excited for my LONG and happy employment and role within Total Care ABA.
