“This is my go to grocery store. Some of the prices are a bit higher than competitors but the shopping experience and selection is by far worth it. It’s never crowded like other stores and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Ingles carries a lot of country food like smoked neck bones and hoop cheese that other big name grocers don’t bother with anymore. Support this smaller Southern grocery chain!”

“This message is for all the non Hispanic.Please come here, if you like Hispanic food give this place a try, it can be intimidating over the weekend because it's so pack and it looks chaotic, but I promise you that you will find friendly people inside. “Another local Mexican grocery store which I bumped into when I was driving by in the neighborhood. What surprised me is there's a kitchen in there where you can buy the authentic street style tacos and they are cheap. Different types of meats are available but I like the one which are already marinaded.The vegetables aren't really fresh on the day I went buy but they're not bad but I bought is because I wanted to support them local business.Staff were friendly.Overall good experience.”

“They made a mistake with their gas which was out of their control. They could have handled it a lot of ways but what they did was the right thing. They owned the mistake, they owned the issue and they absolutely took ownership of the issue. The owner of this establishment is a class act and is what we should all hope for in this world. “Normally I avoid Publix because I've had a bad experience in the past. But yesterday I went in to grab a porterhouse steak and this fine gentlemen Henry was incredibly helpful! The pharmacist is an incredible human being and so smart and kind. He makes the pharmacy run efficiently and accurately but most importantly, he makes this a place where you feel welcome and comfortable, like family. The staff always gets my RXs right and they help me so much with my coupons and discounts when they apply. “I love that I can just walk to this store. I am happy to see some big changes made by the new management/owners. I remember talking to the previous owner. I see the struggle before, and I know why. It was that lady that works there that doesn’t bother saying hi or smile (I think she’s the manager?) She always makes me uncomfortable to be honest. Every time I see her sitting on that little office, makes me don’t want to buy. The old owner was always not there, and I noticed when he was there then the lady would try to smile (which is weird). The guy cashier came and he is so much better. He is friendly ☺️.In every business like this, it really needs a friendly and welcoming people. People from the nearby apartments would definitely support if they feel welcomed. I am happy to see that the new owner/owners seem to be there a lot, so I am having that welcoming vibe. They are very friendly and I’m excited to see more of the changes that they are planning to make. I start buying my pork chops there now; great deal!!! I also stop by there every time I go to the bakery. The vegetables and drinks are also the ones I always buy. Will do more of my shopping there now. Ohhh, you guys should try the new ice creams. “Starting off I would like to say during these Crazy Covid-19 times. If your looking for a pharmacy with impeccable customer service and kindness galore- look no further! The Publix in ABBOTTS VILLAGE is the place to be. I've been a long time die-hard Publix fan. But this place made me feel right at home. After falling ill and having to stay with family the pharmacist had all of my prescriptions that needed to be filled transferred from my home Publix. They offered to order my prescriptions pronto they didn't have it in stock. Even called the Publix up road to fill one that was time sensitive. (My experience there was 1/2 what I received at Abbott's Village.) Courteous and clearly passionate about their customers needs and health. I had great experience with both pharmacists and pharmacy employees. But pharmacist Boris went above and beyond I make me feel at home. Gave me great info on Covid antibodies test. I will say I'll be sad to go home but happy to be well enough to return home! I had very pleasant time shopping at this location and received great care in both seafood & produce department! (Did you know Seafood department will steam/cook shrimp to order and offer several seasonings ((including old bay)) After finished cooking they even found me into store so I didn't have to return to department! What service indeed! Whether ur a current resident of johns creek or visiting- THIS IS THE PUBLIX TO SHOP AT! A sincere thanks to ALL THOSE IN PHARMACY DEPARTMENT.”

“I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”

“Cute little Aldi tucked away in Milton off Highway 9. I enjoy coming here and know which isles to go to to get my stuff and check out. Just do yourself a favor and check your receipt as I have been charged twice for items. Otherwise enjoy shopping.”
