One star…if you’re buying packs in the display case (Pokemon) only one employee there lets you pick your packs the others pic for you…idk about you but I like to take a chance with my luck not someone else’s. Second don’t sell cards here unless you have to! They say they buy at 50% market value but all three three times I’ve sold there it’s more like 25% value. So annoyed and offended I had to write a review. Idk seems cool if you play cards tho. They have a lot of magic dorks and Pokemon dorks that play there!

After going to several Card shops to get an estimate on buying back my grandson Pokémon cards, we stopped in at Super Games. Are we ever glad we did! He was honest and helpful, and the price he offered was great.

‼️ warning DO NOT COME HERE. My experience with this store was just disappointing. I spoke with someone on the phone who was very dismissive and rude to me and clearly didn’t respect me. When I arrived at the location, most of them were nice until I met the TSG evaluator who is an “expert” in yu-gi-oh cards. He was very disrespectful and when I explained to him my personality he said “I disagree, you’re more eclectic.” Which is a very disrespectful word to say to someone. I was just having a nice conversation as I usually do with everyone and he had to make snide remarks to me like that? No that will not be tolerated. He then proceeded to low ball me on a price for the cards which I know because he was saying “oh I know the price of the cards I don’t need to look at some of the card prices” (how does that make sense every card has a price) and I could tell he got super frustrated when I said no to me asking for him to save the quote for me and said “I mean you can not take the offer but I would have to reevaluate if you came back as yu-gi-oh cards fluctuate in price” which I agree is true, but it was the tone in which he said it which was off putting. Not any way to talk to someone who’s giving up his treasured cards. Again DO NOT COME HERE. I don’t know why they think this is good business practice but this is no way to treat anyone.

Came by to check it out. Cool place, great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will have to come back to tradeand check out some tournaments soon!

Someone feels comfortable stealing/taking things that aren't theirs, intentionally or otherwise at this store. Keep an eye on your stuff. It was a box of Ivory Matted Dragon Shields with a partial set of cards inside. I have the remaining cards with me to prove it was mine.

Ordered online from TCGplayer for some cards from them. Firstly, they messed up the Customs declaration for the order so I was charged double what I should have been to pick up the order from the post office. Had to unfortunately go twice in the lovely cold weather of January.They issued a refund and when I finally opened my package, it turns out I was missing a card from the order.Customer service usually takes 2 days to reply, their communication is lacking and they fail to provide any justification for errors. They sold my card to another person and couldn't replace my order. Extremely disappointing.

Bought the gengar ex box from this company off of Amazon and I was scammed, everything was resealed and even had fake cards. The box itself was sealed by hot glue

I am in town for the convention and I needed a couple mtg cards for my deck and was excited to see this store was open late. When I arrived, the employee was very rude and dismissive. I’ve been to a lot of LGSs in different states and cities and can say that this was the worst experience and treatment I’ve ever received. Very unwelcoming and not helpful and a terrible representation of the gaming community
