We've used Rock House Roofing in the past for minor repairs and have had no issues. So when the time came for a full roof replacement we gave them a call. Alex Childress was our rep and did a fantastic job walking us through every step of the way. The work was done in the stated time and we've already had a few rains storms since and no leaks. Rock House Roofing recently completed a full roof replacement and gutter repair. The management team is exceptional, specifically Steve Griffin. The work was planned and communicated well with timelines and what to expect. The team that completed the work was fast and thorough. They left little to no trace behind when done. Great work by all!

I can't thank Heather enough for all the help that she gave me in getting my roof replaced. I was in a time crunch before a closing date and Heather went to bat for me with the HOA and the insurance company to get it done before the closing date! She is extremely professional while making me feel that she had my back during the whole process. I would recommend Heather and Rock House Roofing to everyone for a job well done!!

Highly recommend! Steve had the guys out lickety-split to fix and replace my gutters and guards. He even came out to assess a roof problem himself and fixed it immediately for me, no hassle. I must add, Rock House was not responsible for installing my roof, nor the leaking issue I was having, but he fixed it no questions asked. Above and beyond. Thanks Steve!

Fantastic company that goes the extra step for the homeowner. I am an insurance agent and I recommend Rock House to my insureds when they have a roof issue because I know they will give them an honest assessment. I was recently blown away when Stephen went out to check on a 7 year old roof and noticed it had more damage than it should at that age. He actually contacted the manufacturer of the shingle and they agreed. That insured is now getting a new roof at no cost from the manufacturer because of faulty shingles! This is obviously not the norm when it comes to a manufacturer or a roofer but 100% kudos to Rock House for looking into it and also to the manufacturer for stepping up. Rock House Roofing definitely has your back!

During the last round of storms we had some wind damage to our roof. I contacted Rock House and we worked with Alex. I sent pictures of the damage and he came out same day to do the repairs.
