The map directions were not clear which attributed to why I was 2 mins late. They don’t let you in even 2 mins late. Not my fault the address didn’t take me the right way to the studio where I lost my ClassPass credits and waste gas. They need to update that map directions so it’s clear where the studio is located.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional owner. There are other studios who are kind and professional out there, this one is not that place.

Joselynne gave excellent instruction and was very easy to understand. She made it energizing and fun! In addition, the space is gorgeous!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this studio. I was EXACTLY one minute late to class, and not only was I refused entry, but they also wouldn’t even mark my attendance so that I wouldn’t be charged for a no-show via ClassPass. I completely understand the importance of punctuality, but a bit of flexibility or a short grace period would go a long way. It’s frustrating to feel penalized for such a minor delay especially considering I had a 40 minute drive . To the studio owner, if you’re going to say you can’t allow people in due to safety hazard (which I find hard to believe) the least you could do is show some sort of customer service. Theres a lot of competing studios that are way more accommodating and friendly, take notes!

I’ve been coming to Power Up for about 9 months. I mainly attend Melissa’s classes and I can’t speak highly enough about Melissa’s teaching style. Here are some things I love about Melissa.
1) She gets to know all of her students. She is all about making connections.
2) She is so knowledge about Pilates and the body. Ask her a question and she’ll have the answer.
3)She engages with her students the entire class and always teaches us proper form. You’ll feel seen and you’ll learn how to do Pilates correctly-avoiding injury.
4)Her classes will kick your booty. She knows how to work each muscle to failure. We work out in a slow methodical way that’s challenging but easy to follow when you focus.
5) She hilarious, warm and caring.
I can go on and on. Power Up is my happy place and I feel so fortunate to have Melissa as my instructor.

So hard to find parking (on a weekend - maybe during the week it isn’t so bad) so give yourself another 15 minutes for that or you’ll be locked out of class ?

I have been a PowerUp Pilates member for about a year and I attend Melissa’s classes 3-5 times a week! She is absolutely incredible and you will see results from her classes. She truly cares about all of her students and wants to see them improve and grow. You learn so much about your body and movement in her classes that you carry on throughout your day. I have also started attending Melissa’s yoga classes once a week which are also amazing! I definitely recommend taking her class and I’ll probably see you there!

Every class I take I love and the instructors are AMAZING (especially Mellissa!) I have tried a few different studios through class pass but always come back here as it is my new favorite. Definitely give it a try if you have been thinking about it!

If i could give 6 stars I would! I signed up for the 2 week trial and so far (only 2 days in) I love it! The staff is great, Melissa and Elaine are awesome! They’re helpful nice and patient which enables a comforting environment during the vulnerability of working out. I will be signing up for the membership, take a class or two it’s WORTH IT

I have been attending classes at Power Up 2-3 x per week since April as a postpartum momma and I haven’t felt this good in years!! Started classes at 9 months pp and haven’t looked back! Special shout out to Melissa who has been a huge contributor to my journey back to full body and mental wellness. Each of the teachers are lovely and have a unique, yet challenging style! Very thankful for this awesome place ?

I booked a class with this company on Wednesday. I was late by less than 10 minutes due to an accident. Upon arrival doors were locked and Melissa would not answer the phone when I called or come to the door to explain in person what was going on. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and highly disappointed as my friend was in the class and explained to Melissa the situation ahead of time. My friend has taken this class before and was late by over 10 minutes and still able to attend. The lack of grace this company has for “certain individuals” while bending the rules for others is inappropriate.

if you are BLACK do not go here. I went to this class initially and was only 5 mins late. The instructor waited another 10 mins because majority of the last was not there. This week when I went she apparently did not want to let me in because I was 8 mins late after my friend informed her that there was an accident. She was very aggressive and rude about it like it was her pilates studio. Melissa DeLynn Is a racist pilates instructor. If you are black do not go here!!!!! She literally talked to me in the most condescending, deamening way. I’m sorry my skin is black it’s just skin!!!! Do not book with Melissa delynn if you are black.
