“Ruby loves this spot. She's a bit of a woos, but the staff always finds a way to make her comfortable. She had a wash and de-shedding service done, and she is clean as a snowflake. She smells great, and she even got a cute little holiday bandana to boot. Prices are very reasonable, as well. Thank you for your service. We will definitely be back!”

“PLEASE READ: I had the true pleasure of meeting Caroline at the store at Haynes Br. & Old AL. She was so kind. We just had to put one of our 2 dogs down and I was a hot mess. I was there to get a few cans of wet food for our other dog, (who actually needs Prozac for a bit) and she was so sweet and of course yada yada of the products… Yes! All of that and way more important, she saw me (the “Real Paula” ?) grieving and quite frankly, made me feel better. So that’s my review. She needs a raise or all inclusive vacay or stock options, or something! No kidding, I will go back there for any of my dog’s needs going forward.I appreciate very much the grace and compassion she showed me that day. ❤️”

I used their self service station on both visits. Love this feature as my dog has anxieties and it’s easier for me to wash him. For a reasonable price I can bathe him here instead of at home. “Exterior They're sort of tucked away from the main road, so I strongly suggest you use your GPS. Big parking lot and though there are other businesses back there, they seem to be the main draw. Interior Lots of inventory, so it's a bit 'crowded' but not so much as to make one feel claustrophobic. Price / Value I found equine pellets for a very good price. Customer Service The floor associate who assisted us was great. Accompanied us to different departments, was super knowledgeable and uber-friendly. He could not have been a better representative of the company. I even wrote his name down on my receipt so I'd remember it for the review. Unfortunately, I'm writing this review months after the fact and the receipt is long since gone. :-( The cashier was also super friendly. Did her best to get us to buy snacks. Lol. ABC - always be closing - lol but she was sweet, not pushy about it. Other I was pretty surprised at some of their offerings. I was also surprised at the amount of pet food and pet supplies they offer. We were in a bit of time crunch, so I didn't even get a chance to walk the entire store. Overall Overall, I loved this place. There's a location that's closer to my house and I can't wait to check it out.”

“They took really good care of us. One of the Vets even allowed me to use her phone to call my mom on FaceTime because mine wouldn’t three way for whatever reason. They were extremely kind and gave me time to say goodbye. It seemed like a lot of younger women worked there and I have to say I appreciate the attention and professionalism. It feels so rare these days. Y’all are beautiful people!”
“I love per stores and PetSmart is the best and friendliest one. I also love stopping by and seeing all those adorable kitties for adoption. I wish I could take them all. I enjoy going by the birds and fish too. Beautiful! And of course they always have everything I'm looking for. You're the best!”

“Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”
“I went in looking for a new collar for my male schnauzer and found a great quality one in his color (green). It is hard to tell it is green in the attached photo due to the artificial light, but it is a nice dark green. It will last him for many years to come! The next time I go, my dogs are going with me!”
“I got to the store only 5 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. Not only did they not have a problem with that, but also, they took their time helping me. Check out was expeditious. There was somebody checking out, so they opened a new check out. The staff was professional, kind and friendly. I love my neighborhood Petco!”

“This review is long overdue. I take my corgi's here to pick out treats, and pick up orders over the last several weeks. The customer service has been fantastic and I can usually get in and out quickly. I cant comment on their grooming services at this location, but I'm always grateful when I see my pups comfortably running into a store. I also appreciate the discounts they have for their petco members. They always have a wide variety of brands and products for all pets :)”
