2nd time here but first time for dinner (only had appetizers the 1st time). Sat at the bar & service was great. Ordered the prime ribeye, the gouda mac & cheese, sautéed mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and the tri- steak sampler. Everything was very good and we will definitely be back.

New hot spot in John’s creek!!! Amazing steak and wine lunch/dinner!!! Food Better than any steak house in John’s creek. And…. Mom’s dinner to throw in the oven tonight family of 4!!!! I love it!!!! My new spot!!!

It’s hard to find this level of quality these days.

Tony & his staff are rock stars! Had a fabulous rib eye cooked to perfection…wonderful friendly & cozy place…intimate bar, so nice to dine in quiet & relaxing home town restaurant with some of my fav peeps, BLUMBERGS ❤️

We love supporting local businesses, and this is one of the best! We had gotten meat to grill from there several times but finally made it in to enjoy dinner. It was outstanding - first of all the food was delicious, and we want to get back to work our way through the whole menu - but also the staff was just so great. They let me taste test some wine on tap, checked on us multiple times and explained everything. It was fine dining in a casual, warm, relaxed atmosphere!

Went to buy some Italian sausage, but walked out with Rib-Eye as well. The Rib-Eye was the more expensive of their two offerings. It was by far the best Rib-Eye, I ever had. The Italian Sausage, hardly resembled sausage, and was more of a Large Hot Dog. The redeeming quality was it was a great Hot Dog, with good spice and a crispy skin. It appeared to be beef, not pork. Still cant find good Italian Sausage in Georgia. But I know where to go for these Hot Dogs now, and for a special Rib Eye.

We've driven by NYBS for a couple of years while on our way to our other favorites in the area. We decided to give them a try for dinner last night and now it's going to be one of our favorites!
Tony is the owner. He has extensive experience in the restaurant business including with some exceptional brands. He's a hands on owner with an eye on details. The food is fresh, well seasoned and reasonably priced. There's an extensive offering of prepared food to take home as well as an outstanding offering of high quality meats.
About the only I would change would be to add a couple of innovative rotating beers on tap to keep things interesting. Otherwise, really well done!

My husband and I went there for the first time for dinner last night and are still dreaming about it! We’ve been wanting to check it out and wish we did sooner. We ordered a ton of food and everything was so delicious. A must mention was One of my favorite drinks EVER - a strawberry mango wine cocktail special from the keg. It was sweet, perfect fruity flavor, hubs and I were equally in love! Here’s everything we ate and recommend:
1. Smoked wings - Calabrian chili had great mild kick, BBQ were saucy and tasty
2. Italian sausage dip - also had a kick, yummy sausage pieces
3. Steak flight - cooked medium, 2 out of 3 flavors we were in love with!
4. Steak frites - delicious! Fries were good, a bit too salty for my taste
5. Side of pan seared mushrooms - super delicious!
6. Side of bacon Mac n cheese - not too cheesy, great bacon flavor, kids love it the day after!
Great service - staff was so kind - great atmosphere, beautiful selection of meats from the butcher and other food in the refrigerated take home section, and plenty of seating for our local area, but get there early to avoid a wait. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing cut selections of steak, sausage, bacon, etc. The place offers prepared side options for easy reheating as well as frozen cuts of meat and seafood. You'll also find wine options you can't find anywhere else. No corking fee, so you can grab a bottle of the shelf, select your own cut of meat, and enjoy it all on site. Top notch place, staff, and ownership. Highly recommend.

After hearing SO many incredible things about this place, we decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I’ve tried many things from the store and from the menu and all have been superb. The salmon is next level and definitely one of my favorite “go to’s.”In addition, the staff are incredibly friendly and very customer centered.Luckily, we are just about to open a business just around the corner and I plan to make this place a part of my weekly routine.If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and treat yourself.
