“This place is nice and clean. I like the fact that you can download an app to use the washers and dryers. The place is quite small so depending on the time of the day, I can see all the machines being full. Also, the staff was very nice, but they do speak broken English and I had to use my translator on my phone to communicate. But overall, a nice, clean place to do laundry!”

“Visited the Bank of America branch today after 10 + years . The location is perfect and calm and have lot of parking spaces round the branch . Entered the bank and on both side we have independent section where bank employees work for various departments. ATM is located at one corner of BOA .Went for cashier check and waited in the line as other BOA employees attending other visitors. One of BOA employee Howell called next in line , so I Visited Mr. Howell Ferry for cashier check and it was done in 5 min . He is knowledgeable and done the job in 5 min.I recommend the branch to others .”

“I've been a patron of this bank for a LONG time. Having grown up in this area, I started my own business account with this bank, had my personal account started up with this bank, and I go there quite a lot. I've never really had a problem to be honest. Although I don't go there quite as much anymore, whenever I do, I try to go during an offtime. Living in NYC has taught me that anything in the rush-hour period is insane and just self-torture, so instead of fighting it out, I either come to the ATM afterhours or I will make it a point to come with an appointment. It helps to make the appointment online and you're already in the system. They do have social distancing and more bank associates now than a few years ago so I know they are growing. Service has always been good, but then again I've always had my stuff ready so that it was a fast process. I don't expect people to fix my issues if I don't have the things that they need to fix it which honestly is also very helpful when dealing with banks. Their notary department is on point (appt recommended). I didn't have my ATM card with me since I just brought my phone and ID, but they were able to help me anyway with my drivers license. Irina Song was so on point, she even checks the document to make sure that I know what I'm signing. I'm glad that this level of responsibility exists here at this branch. Will definitely encourage users to look into using this location!”

“Great ATM has secure and user friendly options. Can deposit as well as withdraw the money, hence don't need to stand in a queue. Screen is aptly lit and has clear view, which makes it easy while doing the transactions. Proper receipt is printed once you are through with your transactions. One more point it is clean and people out here do maintain hygiene. Seen them using antiseptic lotion quite frequently, which is good for them as well as for us also.”

“I had an unusual deposit to make as I had cleaned out a savings bucket in a closet. There were both bills and coins. (The coins were wrapped). The coins were quite heavy but that wasn't an issue for the staff at WFB in Hickory Flat A gentleman (Zack) carried the heavy containers in for me; a cashier (not sure of the title) (Missy) patiently verified my deposits and recorded them. I had called ahead and (Iris) met me at the door and made sure I got the service I needed. Awesome customer service! By the way, I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 28 years and have only ever had one transaction dispute, which they fixed within a reasonable time.”
