The store prices are high, I bought a Knob Creek smoke maple because I wanted to try it and they had it for $50.00, I have yet to find another store that high. When they do have nice / rare bottles they are high. Just like another sore, you have to be aware of what you are buying.
The staff here is very: friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. You can shop here and not have sales guys push what they like, or get the highest profit.

The new owners are AWESOME! They were able to order me Kesslers whiskey when no one else in the area was able to get it! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs! Excellent, friendly service and follow through!

Ordered delivery through UberEats and it went smoothly. Prices were acceptable, since they're always marked up on Uber. What stood out to me was that after I left a 5 star review through the app, I got an email from Uber with a message from Milton Package thanking me for my review. I didn't even know vendors could do that. It's a small gesture that shows consideration for their customers, and I really appreciate it. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by in person.

I will never return to this place they have a price promotion and when you charge they give you a higher price and if you complain the guy gets angry, be careful, the next time you see a promotion.

TLDR; Excellent service, amazing selection, fair prices. I drive past other liquor stores to give my business to Milton Package Store.Now the complete version:I couldn't be happier with the new ownership. I live nearby, and I probably visited this place a few times prior to the ownership change in May of 2023.Earlier this year, I visited a few times for spirits you can't find at Costco, and was super-impressed by the exceptionally friendly new employee I encountered. Warm, friendly, humble, and ready to help with whatever I needed.Little did I know that this was one of the new owners! Since that time, every experience - EVERY experience - has been positive.I'm not sure who the prior owners were, but looking at Google reviews prior to May 2023, I think it's safe to say that I am not the only one who found the service a bit "hit or miss". Some days I received good service, and other days I felt like I was inconveniencing the person behind the counter by trying to make a purchase.As a "regular" now (is that okay to admit for a liquor store?) based on the new experience, I look forward to seeing the staff and interacting with them. Even brand new employees that don't know me treat me with courtesy and respect - going out of their way to be kind and helpful. That says a lot about the employee, but also a lot about the management.Let's face it: Despite their truly amazing selection of wine and spirits (I'll confess I wish their assortment of Belgian beer was a bit broader) you can buy booze at dozens of places within a 10 min drive of this place.You might be able to find at least some of the items in their assortment elsewhere, but can almost guarantee you that an extra minute or two invested in visiting Roy and the team at Milton Package Store will improve your day without needing to unwrap/open/un-cork whatever you happen to buy.And that's worth a lot.

Just spoke to a very rude employee. I called trying to compare prices on a bottle - looking to buy the best value due to crazy inflation. The employee said she could not tell me the price over the phone because she “had to go look for it on the shelf.” I guess I won’t be shopping there.
