Zanea was amazing. She explained the differences in all of the hybrid mattresses. No high pressure sales pitch either. A great experience without spending hours completing the sale. Not what I'm used to when trying to buy a mattress. Got a great deal too on a Tempur-pedic.

We shopped for a new mattress for over 4 months. We never got very clear information until we found Ola. He was phenomenal and informative. We will never buy a mattress from anywhere else.

I couldn’t be more pleased to have met and worked with Zanea, , the representative at Mattress Firm, Deerfield Place, Milton , GA. Zanea was well informed, explained all of my choices, and was attentive to any and all of my questions.
I bought a mattress and frame, and will go back for another, larger mattress and frame over the next month. My experience at this location was perfect, and Zanea is a big part of why my experience was so positive.

Queen Z is a queen but was I the one receiving the royal treatment this morning. Zanea is highly knowledgeable and empathetic, walked me through many of the options within my budget and went above and beyond on customer service here. Great experience, I left feeling extremely confident on my choice and recommend this Mattress Firm location; and in special Zanea, to anyone in (serious!) need of a restful night of sleep. Robert was incredibly helpful and patient. It took me a while to figure out which mattress I wanted and which features I needed. The first mattress I bought from them back in 2011 was actually too soft for me, and they replaced it immediately. This is the fourth mattress I've purchased from them and I'm expecting wonderful things from it!
