“I needed a U-Haul at the last minute, with a car dolly, for an out of state move. Trace was amazing, he got me into the truck I needed (which had just become available), he thoroughly explained/refreshed me on towing the car and made sure I was safe to go. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. Whether you have shipping needs (PakMail) or a move (U-Haul), I would absolutely recommend Trace and his team.”

“While I've never purchased anything here since I keep my own shipping supplies, I use them often to drop off Amazon returns and pre-paid/boxed UPS shipments. Despite this, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I was in there a couple days ago and we were joking about the old terrible ownership/staff about 10 years ago and the guy who worked there that was always barefoot and supposedly brought his pig to work LOL glad these guys are running the store now...top notch service!”

And, it gets busy sometimes, but the employees help each customer one at a time as it should be. And they have been helpful when explaining other services.”
“Low key but occasionally very busy customer service center. Counter clerks are nice and helpful. Go when it’s not busy. Google will try and tell you to enter the complex on the first right and go around the building. Do not do that. This is for UPS trucks. Drive till you see the 3rd entrance, take that, then drive straight, then take a right when you are at the end of the lot, drive straight a bit and you will see the customer center parking on your right with the center on the left.”

“I was skeptical about this place at first because of the reviews and also the place isn't the nicest looking but I needed to get my fingerprints scanned and I had already gone to 3 other postals and called many more. There was many people there especially considering it was a weekday but I was only there for 15 minutes and I was done. The check in process was easy, all I had to do was put in my information in a little computer. And then I waited for the lady working to call my name. I didn't have an ID but she accepted my passport. The scanning process was super easy and I finished very fast. I personally thought this place was great and my results came back super fast. My job had emailed me that my results came back a few hours after I went. Idk if it helps but I got it for gaps gemalto.”

The staff is consummately professional, the job was done quickly and without error, and the price was very fair. What else could a customer want? So what do I say to FEDEX? NEVER AGAIN!!”

In addition, the employees of this store a very friendly and helpful in any situation. Most recently, I was able to use their notary services and they not only helped me get it notarized quickly but they provided the two witnesses I needed all for a VERY affordable fee. This is my go-to store for any of my shipping needs.”
