Pickles and I love Family Tree Clinic! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Bannister finds thoughtful solutions to any of our health problems that may come up, and I love that he is also so considerate of costs with how expensive things can be. Pickles always loves to visit the vet, and I definitely think it has to do with the environment they provide to make him feel safe, healthy, and happy!

Rude and unprofessional. First visit, wellness exam for my dog. The place looks nice from the outside but is purely sales-driven. The Doctor was more interested in using rehearsed sales sentences to sell products than in the animal. 2nd attempted visit with my cat, the front desk sent me an email at the day of the appointment at 8.04 telling me that if I don't respond before 08.30 (!), I will be taken off the schedule. Zero explanation. I made this appointment personally at the front desk the week before. I wish I could leave a zero.

We are grateful to Dr. Bannister and his staff. Our sweet girl pug somehow injured her leg this morning while outside in the yard. We didn't see what she did, only found her unable to put pressure on the paw, breathing heavy, and shaking. We panicked. We called Family Tree and they said bring her now. They got us in immediately, assessed her, and reassured us it was broken. They gave us some meds and gave her a shot to help her rest and we were home within the hour. She is resting comfortably and feeling much better. Thankful for the quick response & for not doing any unnecessary treatments.

We have been taking our 3 dogs to family tree for almost 3 years now. Dr. Bannister , Ian and the entire team have been wonderful. One of our dogs is deaf and ended up having. MMM, a serious muscle disease, and Dr. Bannister was very thorough in his examination to help diagnose her and then refer to a neurologist. We are very grateful for his expertise. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vet. My 10yr old Boxer-Pug loved the staff and Dr. Bannister, and so did I. She was feeling a bit under the weather this morning, and they were able to get us in as a new patient almost immediately. Dr. Bannister is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time with us during our visit. My pup has been to some good vets over the past decade, but this one is truly great. I'm very happy we found Family Tree!

The clinic is super cute and welcoming right off the bat. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I have a large anxious GSD who has always hated check ups and she loves Dr Bannister and all the employees!

Dr. Bannister and team are wonderful! We recently moved to Alpharetta and were told Family Tree was the best Vet to go to and they were right! Everyone was so attentive, warm and informative. Roo’s first exam was a good experience.

Dr. Bannister and his team take excellent care of our boy, Chase. The office is clean and calm. They are thorough and communicate well. Chase had his teeth cleaned today and they look great!
