My 1986 Corvette had been sitting in my garage for 3 years because it was leaking what appeared to be antifreeze combined with oil. I thought it had a blown head gasket.
A couple weeks ago I decided to get my vette repaired and back on the road. I had neglected to properly prep it for storage. The car had difficulty starting, and would not stay running. Also, once car got hot, it would most likely not restart. It appeared to have lost fuel pressure. It would restart after the engine had cooled enough.
I took it to Extra Mile for repairs. The repair involved replacing the intake manifold gasket, replacing the transmission output shaft seal, transmission oil service, cooling system service, and fuel system service, new distributor cap and rotor. It wasn’t cheap, but I’m happy with the results and the work done. Bryan even threw in a new battery for me at no charge because the new battery I had bought a month ago had a bad cell (Thank you Bryan).
Bryan’s team members Elizabeth and Jackson were wonderful about keeping me informed in every step of the repair process and getting my permission before implementing any changes to my initial repair estimate.

Extra Mile Tire and Service takes care of all three of my cars, always professional, honest and fair-priced. They're good at discussing options on which services can or cannot be delayed.

Worst experience when it comes to emission check. Drove 30 min to get emission check on Wednesday and reached around 3pm. I was told that the emission person is doing tire chance so book appointment and come tomorrow. I booked appointment for next day. Again drove 30 mins and when reached the guy says sorry we can’t do. The person is busy with another car. So pathetic. At least honor the time when someone book appointment. Never go there was emission. Looks like they are cheating by advertising 17$ emission check and really don’t want to do emission. Pathetic management and staff. Really rude in saying NO in-spite of appointment

First time I visited for your services… the guy who interacted he cheated me if I am not wrong …. I asked for oil change for my Audi car … in website it’s showing 58.95 …. When I came to store for servicing he initially told 97 later when I shown him website 58.95 he told I am adding coupon and it reduced to 75.99 ….. I paid him 75.99 …. I am not sure why you guys are doing like this … how you guys are giving services …. The materials also you are cheating… now I am feeling so sad ….Please stop doing this bullshit … bee accountable and provide good services.

I took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership for service. To determine the required maintenance, we reviewed the maintenance performed by Extra Mile. The comment from the Toyota service coordinator was "you don't do that work at that mileage." That work include a radiator flush and a transmission flush. There was no compelling need to perform those services - I use the vehicle under normal driving conditions. So my feeling is I was sold services that were not required. I will not take any of my three vehicles to Extra Mile for any reason.

Very satisfied first time customer. Just went for a new car battery. They were super busy but got me out of there within 45 minutes. As I waited I observed excellent customer service from the staff working the front. Would definitely try them for another service.
