This is my CVS normal pharmacy although I have gone to other locations. I came in today to buy a blood pressure cuff/machine. The one I had that I bought from CVS broke, and I had it in my hand when I walked in. As I was looking through new blood pressure machines, I overheard a man asking several patrons how he could help. I thought it was nice. He came by me and I said yes I could use some help as well. Turned out to be the manager of the store. I didn't realize that some of the CVS brands have warranties on them. I ended up getting a free replacement because this wonderful manager helped me. All I needed was his advice on which one to purchase. What a nice surprise. I never got the managers name but I hope this review finds its way to him and his staff. The store is always clean. Other than pharmacy stuff, they have a photo lab that I've used in the past as well. Everyone seems very friendly. I do hope you'll come visit the store and make it yours. I really appreciated the customer service that I received.

This CVS provides the worse pharmacy experience. The amount of times there is a delay in refilling my prescription because they don’t have the meds is crazy. And don’t even bother trying to call. I’ve currently been on hold for 15 mins waiting to ask the status of yet another prescription that is delayed. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this pharmacy location.

Staff is constantly rude and extremely short with customers. Today I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they "tried to locate" my prescription. Someone finally comes back to the speaker to tell me they lost it and they have to refill it which took another 10 minutes....this has got to be the most disorganized CVS I've ever been to

Communication is key when providing great customer service... This CVS fail across the board.. From electronic transfers from my doctor and not filling my prescription in a timely manner.. Prescription reordered and not filled... They closed the wrong CVS store ? ? ?

I usually have good experiences at other CVS pharmacy locations. This place could win an award for worst customer service. The staff here is rude and the line to pick up medicine in the drive through is always long and moves at the pace of a 100 yr old tortoise. I’m going to be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Picking up a prescription should not be such a terrible experience.

Worst pharmacy ever! I have never met such a rude and unprofessional group of pharmacists as I have at this location. Even the simplest of questions seem to bother these folks and their lousy customer service shines through. No thanks CVS! I will never shop here again! All my future medications will go to Kroger Pharmacy!!

So much for modern convenience. When calling to speak to a pharmacist, the VM switches you to perpetual muzac and puts you on hold. After averaging about 10 minutes (or more) , someone picks up the line and says hold please, and once again puts you on hold again, this time with no music, after 5 minutes, I hang up as it is pointless. So then you get in your car and go to the drive through, which is equally a waste of time as it takes an average of 15 minutes to get your prescription. I'll go in the store next time and time the wait to ask a question or get an Rx. Maybe I'll have better luck with a Wal-mart pharmacy.

I’ll start by saying I know the pharmacist are over worked and they have to keep up with a lot. But in my 15 years as a doctor I have never come across a pharmacist this rude. My patients medication was not covered by the insurance so I tried calling in an alternative. I did not know offhand what strength that particular inhaler comes in.. ( there are over 100 inhalers, each with various strength) usually pharmacist will help the doctor and say it comes in 50, 100 and 500. This pharmacist decided to put me in my place and told me that you are the doctor and you should know this. Maybe she is right .. all this time I thought we were on the same team trying to get the patients right medicine, at the right price in a timely manner.I hope my patients find a better pharmacist..

Very rude and condescending staff. They deny your business to your face. I’ll rather use the other CVS closest to this location but they are closing that one and moving all the business to this specific location. Very bad move.
